Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast options were comprehensive and good quality. The location was ideal for me from a working perspective but perhaps a little distant from the tourist areas. Perfect for a stay where in Business Bay though.

Good hotel with great service, perfect location and reasonable prices.
However the breakfast could be better as the coffee was really bad and the variation of dishes was limited. Also the bed pillows were so hard that I couldn't sleep on it. The hotel should as well improve the sound isolation, as I could hear the disco music at night.response / report this review -

By Dubai standards, this hotel is average, by North American or European standards, it's very good. The rooms were spacious with clean modern bathrooms and furniture, however, the AC wasn't working as well as it should have. It was very hot and humid outside and the AC wouldn't go below 23.5, even though I had it set to 18. I asked maintenance to come check it out, which they did, and said it was fixed but it wasn't. The result was a very humid and uncomfortable room unfortunately. Food was good. Location is OK but somewhat far from main attractions.

A new jewel of a five star that opened on the Dubai Canal shores. Excellent food at the Beaurivage Restaurant and a very attentive service
