Excellent place with great service. Hotel is very clean and ambience is very nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and they value their customers. Highly recommended 👍

Olawole does an excellent job of keeping our room clean and fresh. Also arranged gift for my wife’s birthday which was very much appreciated.
Views from the 31 floor are excellent with all the main tourist attractions within view
Hotel is spotless and staff very polite. Only issue would be is the water service during meal time it can be slow but overall a great hotel.response / report this review -

Nice hotel. I know it long time a go several years for several times. Good facilities and nice bars . I recommended the main bars for others . The lobby is interesting… it is know in Dubai .. comfortable hotel .

A great place! Nice collection of restaurants, two pools taking into considerations the sun direction (Sunset and Sunrise), the best of it all is the staff, they are amazing, friendly, and helpful! There is a person at the reception called Ahmad! This man is extremely friendly, helpful, and you can feel that from the moment of checking in!

Located at the most prestigious, the sheikh Zayed road, Fairmont at the World Trade Center Metro Station is one of the most luxurious 5 star hotels of Dubai. They also have office floors and great restaurants at the ground and first floor. The best Sushi you will find here, the club here is also pretty famous. Very big parking with Valle facility. The interior is great, however the lobby is surprisingly small as a 5 star hotel
