  I had a great stay at this location. Highly recommended… amazing location and great customer service. Beautiful pool and great facilities . Big Rooms and comfy beds .

  Stay here in this hotel for a week and definitely recommend 100% the service was great the room was make every single day on time and also all the team it was so friendly the view from the balcony it was unique. Also the location is perfect clothes from everything

  Location is perfect. Apartment is ok, view is very good. Breakfast is terrible, please avoid breakfast there. People at the reception are friendly.

  The apartment of the hotel are amazing and great and beautiful. The shower water pressure is very low and that was frustrating. The dinning experience was very very very poor food was not great at all and the staff did not accommodate our vegan dietary restrictions needs what so ever - Dubai 2022 - no vegan food not even soy milk - when approached reception with this issue we were told - “to buy it ourselves in the supermarket “ - seriously???? Who says that to its own guests at the hotel??? The hotel lobby is so outdated and old felt like a hotel from 50 years ago - super strange feeling. Staff was nice and friendly and tried to give the service we needed but did not what so ever. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone unfortunately. Have a long way to improve.

  I had high hopes for this hotel when booking it and reading the reviews.
  
  However, I was left in huge disappointment from the start to finish of my stay.
  
  Firstly, I requested my room to have a baby cot 3 months in advance only to find out that this was not provided once entering my room.
  
  Reception staff that checked me in and out were not friendly at all. Whilst checking out, I was asked how my stay was and I responded “it wasn’t great, could’ve been better”, the receptionist completely ignored my response and said goodbye. Receptionists need to be trained on etiquettes and manners for a 5 star hotel.
  
  The pool was faulty throughout my stay and was always told that the engineers are working on fixing it. This meant I didn’t get to use the pool at all due to the water being too cold to get into. The jacuzzi went faulty too as the water was cold and had a bad smellagain was told it was being fixed.
  
  The bathroom had a bad drainage small at all times and was a real put off.
  
  For the money I paid for this hotel and the level of service provided, I will not be staying here again. This was more of a 3 star hotel to me. I would advise others to spend their money wisely and book elsewhere.
  
  Although my stay wasn’t great, I would like to thank the concierge and room cleaning team as they were such great people trying their very best.
