Hotel is okay. I think it's 3 star hotel. The location is great as it is near to the cross metro station. Services are average.

Room service staffs are cleaning and making noises at middle of nights at 2am!
I stayed 3 nights, 2 nights was with interrupted sleep due to unprofessional staff who doesn't know the appropriate time of cleaning.

Breakfast was okay but fruits and pastries tastes not fresh. Tables are sticky, i think they just don't wipe them well.

Spend one night here.
The Check in process was smooth and have an extension for later check out as we checked in at 6am.
The room was pretty neat and clean.
Will definitely book it in the future

Good morning. Excellent location , very lively place, shopping centres
and mall in the vicinity and metro station accessible. Staffs are very welcoming and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Staffs were very attentive to my personal needs. Special thanks to Mr Muhammad Ali , the Manager and Mr kwan. Hotel is highly recommended. I look forward for another stay there.

Excellent care by all employees from front desk onwards till I completed my check out. Though the front desk was busy during my check-in time the crowd was well managed and i get personal attention while I was waiting for my turn. Maintained exceptional hygiene standards in the room and well organised. Excellent location with accessibility to shopping, movies, public transport, to old and new Dubai etc. I tried breakfast and dinner, quality and taste were commendable. Though located in heart of the city, room was calm and quiet, facilitating good night sleep. Highly recommended for a good budget stay in Dubai.
