The hotel is good, but there are some challenges that one can face here, first and foremost the hotel seems less friendly, there are a few who are good but and sometimes they give wrong or incomplete information to the customers. That is something which really spoiled our experience. Also if one is expecting to invite their family members to the hotel room, then you can only meet them in the reception area. Which I didn't find good at all. Also I would like to once again emphasize on the overall courtesy and politeness of the staff. I had not so pleasant experience with the duty manager 'Tapesh' twice. The hotel rooms are good but when it comes to customer satisfaction, I will choose another hotel, and will not recommend it to anyone else!

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had a wonderful stay. They had both continental and Indian breakfast which was very nice and upto the mark.

Had lots of fun while staying at Howard Johnson. The staff is very co-operative and friendly with great hospitality. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet is a delight with both indian as well as continental cuisine choice. I would rate it as an excellent choice with good location.

Over charged us for phones calls that we did not make. Also We checked in at 2am They would not allow us to late check out past Noon. They also holt our passports in their office upon our arrival till bill was paid. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. We were shopping for good rate we end up paying same rate that we could paid for nicer area hotel.

Staff were professional, polite and friendly. The rooms were smart and felt clean. Good selection to choose from for breakfast - Location is not far from most attractions as well as the airport. I highly recommend this Hotel. Regards.

A really nice hotel with helpful staff and every facility someone would need away from home. Trupti at the tour desk was especially helpful and friendly when going through tour options with us. She booked our desert tour at the time we wanted and made sure it arrived on time. If it wasn't for her, we might not have seen some of the beautiful sights in Dubai that we enjoyed on our trip.

The Front Desk and Concierge was really cool especially James . However breakfast was not good enough as there no much options and they were not liberal with the few options. The Chinese lady at the restaurant was equally very rude and nasty when asked to replace the finished food option on the Buffet

All I can say is one of the top hotels the wife and I have stayed at. The most friendliest staff, helpful and on the ball with what ever was asked of them. The pool was spotless as also the rooms. 5 Stars aren't enough for this hotel 7 plus is more in the line of ratings. Good effort and work to all who work at this hotel. 😊 👍

Nice hotel. Could be good for budget travelers. Not too much parking lot but liked the Valet Parking for free. The area around is not much to discover or near to any attractions. Rooms are clean and beds are comfort. Facility is just fine.
