The hotel itself, location, management efficiency, dedicated concierges and supporting porters. The apartments and their cleanliness, the international buffet breakfast. They All deserve 5 stars

Lovely, very attentive personnel, amazing views and variety of amenities (gym, hair salon, spa, pool, 3 functioning elevators). Everything was really clean and they fixed up our room everyday ! People in the lobby were nice and kind.

Meals on the buffet were good (8/10) and had vegan options, always with someone cleaning and keeping the space in order.

Only thing I didn’t love was that the room key got locked twice but they always had a good attitude to fix it immediately!

Very close to everything ! Would definitely go back ♥️

Nice hotel in special location. I attended a course and the facilities are good and staff are friendly. The lunch buffet has wide range of options too. Some of plates and cups are not that clean they should take more attention to it

Well, kitchen 6 is the restaurant in Dubai that I end up visiting every time I want to indulge in binge eating great food from around the world. The concept is amazing and when you experience different cuisine in a single day it's always a memorable day. Great place to visit with family and friends 🙂

Very convenient high-class hotel in a perfect location. Spacious rooms with the amazing view. Great variety of restaurants and bars inside the hotel. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. I am more than satisfied with my stay. Definitely recommend it.

Quick check in. Nice location. After a 14 hours flight, I was really excited to go to the hotel and enjoy the 5 star experience. I asked the front desk for a nice downtown view. And assured me that I got the best view. As I go up to the room. I inspected the room(I'm a frequent traveller) and was disappointed. hair was found in the bathroom (big NO for me) few towels had stains. and had partial marina/construction view, I called the front desk and they assured me this will be fixed and I can change rooms, but I was too tired to do so. Not to mention the loud noise coming from the room next door with banging doors. no follow up was done in the morning so decided to check out early and move on with my trip. After all this wasn't a 5 star experience. hope this review will help them improve.

Had a brilliant stay, I arrived at the hotel at 3am after a very long travel day and not a great experience at Dubai airport so just wanted to get to bed asap! We we’re greeted by Abhishek at reception and he was so polite, and genuinely nice to talk to. He upgraded our room so my daughter could see the sunrise in the mornings. The room was large and very clean with lots of amenities. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, i would definitely stay again and recommend

What a lovely hotel, I loved everything in here from receiving your car to get the room. This hotel is one of busiest hotel in Dubai.

Pros:
- Great room with good space.
- I got an upgrade with great view to the canal.
- Friendly staff, what a special treatment from Mr. Dennis. I totally respect such a managers.
- Lots of restaurants in the hotel with variety.
- Huge pool.
- Perfect location, near the canal and you can get a nice walk in the morning or rent a bike.

Cons:
- Sometimes it get busy in the reception and long queue to finalize your check in.

Having lived in a Marriott hotel for over 25 years, I'm sure this is one of the best. I got one night free as a result of Emirates Airlines offer. I'm sure if it wasn't a free stay the room would have been better. Having said that, I would still recommend.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. My family and I have stayed here at least five times. The rooms are nice and the view is fantastic from the upper floors. Service is great, food is fantastic, and access to other Dubai attractions is easy. The executive lounge is large and spacious and the staff were extremely nice to our two young children - the executive chef made pizza special for the kids. The pool is nice. We will return many more times!

Great hotel, friendly staff and amazing view.

THE GOOD: Lovely 5 star hotel right by Dubai Canal. The rooms are great, spacious, well maintained and modern. It is a very tall hotel so the views are just magnificent. That alone is worth staying at this hotel.

THE BAD: Parking can be a bit of a challenge due to the high volume of guest. There is valet parking but it still takes time to get your car. The main drop off point in the lobby can get congested easily. It's not a deal breaker but just expect to wait a bit when getting your car.

VERDICT: Definitely a must visit hotel. There are numerous restaurants, bars, spa, sushi joints, gym and pool. The location is perfect. The rooms are beautiful. There are always courteous staff willing to help out at a moments request.

An amazing place to stay. I feel, the hospitality in this hotel is the greatest in Dubai. I loved the rooms. The services were great. Everything was on time. Nothing delayed. All the employees were extraordinarily loyal and honest. I didn't feel that any of my valueable goods were in danger or in less security.

Great hotel and it had all of your needs covered. The hotel is lovely and spacious with every room having a view. Not to mention it the tallest hotel in the world and a added plus the concierge lounge has its own floor. If that doesn’t spoil you I don’t know what will!

Such a beautiful and Luxurious Hotel! The first thing we did when we arrived (while our bags were taken care of and safely delivered to our room) was head towards the restaurant on the 1st floor for dinner, and my goodness was it good and for a very very reasonable price! It was an open buffet with 6 cuisines and a dessert section! It was so satisfying! The rooms are very nice and spacious with an impeccable view from the B building! The bathroom is like a spa its amazing!

Perfect location, the hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. The staff was very helpful. The hotel provides every amenity from fitness center to spa. The hotel offer a variety of restaurants and the overall of the service and quality is outstanding. My experience was incredible. I recommend this hotel and I’ll come back.

Best experience in the hotel. Everything is wonderfully taken care of. Very good personalized service in concierge, room service, staffs to help with luggages. I am a Marriott fan ; this JW easily lived up to their reputation and my expectations . Hands down one of the best support staff. They really put the icing on the cake for our short stay. While we stayed we attended brunch, very family friendly but a little lacking in selection compared to some other brunches in Dubai area. For the price a great place to take the family. Really loved it. True value for money.

This is an impressive hotel with about 70 floors, great views and a big choice of restaurants. The rooms are big and comfortable the only concern I have is that in one week they didn't change the bedsheets (even if they should change every 3 days) and they didn't have a great smell. The location is approx 15 min from Dubai mall in normal traffic conditions.

As a huge Marriott fan this JW easily lived up to their reputation. Hands down one of the best support staff. They really put the icing on the cake for our short staycation. While we stayed we attended brunch at Kitchen 6, very family friendly but a little lacking in selection compared some other brunches in Dubai. But for the price a great place to take the family.

One of the best affordable 5 stars hotels in the city. Tallest hotel in the world(when I was writing the review). Rooms at higher floors have great views. All facilities of a great hotel are available with more than 5 restaurants with different cuisines. They even provide Indian breakfast during the Diwali season when Indians are more. Overall a great hotel with amazing ambience and decor.

Excellent hotel and service. View from the hotel is very good. you should prefer to get the higher floor so that u can get the view of entire Dubai. Menu of restaurant is very good , spread offers options for every type of taste. Indian menu was very good and taste exactly like India.

Great hotel. Hospitality at it's best. The staff are very cooperative, and cleanliness is good. The hotel has two grand towers, with around 70 floors each. The views from the hotel rooms are excellent. The meeting rooms also have amazing Marina Bay view. The conference Halls are spacious.

I love this hotel. The experience was nothing short of great. From check-in, to my room, to the spectacular views, the executive lounge or even dining in at Prime 68. This hotel made my stay in Dubai quite relaxing and lives up to the status-quo of what you'd expect in Dubai. This hotel definitely makes the short list of hotels to stay at in Dubai.

Awesome place, rooms are big and in very good condition. The vault on top is probably one of the best places to get a drink in Dubai. (see separate review)
Totally recommended.
The executive lounge is one of the best I've seen at Marriott properties. Spacious, awesome views and very kind staff. Special thanks to Mohan for the support and nice talks.

Very nice hotel however, the in room coffee maker was instant. Water bottle left in room every day, unsure if there was a charge. Room service does not fill ice bucket. You have to request it daily. Staff not very friendly and not helpful. You have to do your own research. Very large, missing the personal touch.

Fantastic service. Rooms were exquisite. Hotel itself is a vacation in itself with plenty of restaurants, bars, and spa. The pool hours weren't great and price of drinks pretty high. Recommended picking up your favorite bottle at the airport duty free.

This is arguably the tallest hotel in the world. Rooms are very nice, suitable for a hotel like this. The bathroom area is spacious and nicely managed. Rooms are adequately spacious (talking about standard rooms) and provides excellent view of Dubai. Be sure to ask for the tip floors for a better view unless you have issues with height.
Good overall dining and conference facilities. There are two prayer spaces in the building.
The hotel location is a bit of an issue if you rely on mpublic transportation. Taxis and other cab services are available instantly.
Overall, a wonderful experience.

First, when I arrived at the airport, the hotel had a driver there waiting for me. As soon as the car arrived at the hotel I was met by an Angel named Naomi. She said: We were waiting for your arrival! She made me feel so welcome. I am a Gold member with Marriott and I have to say that I have never felt more welcome and comforted upon arrival than I ever felt before with the greeting I received from a trainee named Naomi. She even upgraded me to a junior suite at no extra charge. What a way to show members their appreciation of loyalty. The suite was a corner suite with a decent view. This looks like it will be a great stay! Thanks Naomi!!

A five star hotel very close to the Dubai mall. Professional staff. Lobby had the wow factor. Exclusive night club on top floor. Tallest hotel in the world - 70 odd floors in twin towers. Staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. It had all the trimmings of a five star hotel you would expect. My one downside would be the rooms (all things being relative). Bathroom was huge and king size bed comfy, large TV so can't really complain but I admit I was a little disappointed when I walked in. I decided to upgrade but all that meant was switching towers - the room was otherwise identical. Having stayed in other five star hotels in Dubai at similar price points I had expected a little more (this isn't a criticism, just my observation).

A Great Hotel. It is the tallest in the world!
The view was amazing and the rooms are not that big; but, the room service and the atmosphere is amazing.
If you have a night to spare I would recommend visiting the restaurant on the 50th floor on Tower A.

I normally would not take the time to pen a review for a Marriott, however the experience was so wonderful, I felt I needed to post.

From the arrival (we arrived very early), they had a room waiting for us and one of the staff, Rodel, recognized the name on arrival as an early check in. His service, as well as the entire staff was better than I have experienced at any Marriott, and quite possibly anywhere.

Room was comfortable, and very nice. Too many restaurants to choose from as well. An all around great experience, and I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough.

Pay cash at food and bar, do not charge anything to room!
Rooms are average for Dubai. CAPET NEEDS CLEANING. COULD NOT SEE OUTSIDE WINDOWS THEY WERE SO DIRTY.
Extremely expensive for a Marriott.
Bar service is par at Valt. CANT UNDERSTAND BAR SERVICE ATTENDANTS-SERIOUSLY
Bar and food service at Sports Bar very good.
Bar counter at pool very dirty. I explained 4 times to clean bar.
WE EXPECT THE BEST IN DUBAI

The last time I was in this hotel a few years ago, I had a terrible experience and vowed never to come back. However I recently returned for an event and they have stepped their game all the way up, which may or may not be related to the competition that recently opened up next door. Either way -

Great staff eager to help you - check!
Great restaurant options - check!
Amazing food - check!
Lovely rooms - check!

I usually leave a tip for housekeeping every morning in hotels but for the first time since I've been staying in hotels, the tip was left behind with a lovely note from housekeeping. Yes I was impressed this visit.

I really hope they keep this up. I'll definitely be back soon!

Stunning hotel, fantastic staff. Can't recommend highly enough.

The accommodation is spacious and well designed, the restaurants are all exceptionally high quality and the level of customer care is out of this world.

I recommend you try the Thai and Indian restaurants and a visit to the Vault up on the 78th floor is an absolute must.

Will definitely be returning!
