Good average hotel apartments for quick stay at Dubai. It is away from the busy city and surroundings are quiet and nice residential area. You need to take taxi to go to most of the parts of the city.

Not a bad place to stay. The rooms are fully equipped with a kitchen, a washing machine, and a sink for washing dishes. The hotel is located in a good area with many restaurants surrounding it. It is around 15 min by foot from Ibn Batuta mall.

Decent place to stay. It's an apartment hotel so nothing much to expect from it.
Water was really cold as the heater was not working, though I complained, they did nothing about it!
Parking is a problem as they don't have many.
The room includes microwave, washing machine, and ironing table.
Room was always clean with their great service.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I was there for 3 weeks in from January 19 - February 8, 2014 and wish that I hadn't paid for a nonrefundable room because I would have most certainly checked out. Here is a little rundown of why you should avoid:
-The manager is EXTREMELY rude to guests, argued with me when I said this place was awful
-They didn't have my reservation even though I paid 3 weeks up front through Hotwire and then wouldn't even let me use the phone to confirm my reservation (even though I had all the printouts)
-They clean the rooms and take all the dirty towels without replacing with fresh ones and then take over 2 hours to get you new ones
-The washing machine in my room was broken and they said someone was coming to fix it but never did
-The gym was filthy and most of the machines only half-worked
-The top part of the stove (made of glass) broke for no reason and glass was all over my room for almost 2 days before anyone came to clean it up
-I had hot water in the shower probably about 20% of the time I was there

The room itself was fine, nothing special. Don't let the cheap price persuade you -- this is a hostel masquerading as a hotel. And I've stayed in nicer hostels.
