A good place to relax they have a variety of good food with good restaurants as well in it. They have a lovely place which you can walk and see the sea. A wonderful beach hotel helpful and friendly staff..

Everything is good, like the service in the rooms, the service in the restaurant, the beach, the kids area , the speed of response, the order, the sterilization, and the welcome to the guests. very excellent.

The Service of a 5 Star Hotel was far from the expected from such a Hotel.
We had several issues and the Service was not able to solve it nor able to provide a timely answer.
We had requested during our arrival day 4 times for the kids beds to be made and only in the evening after the 4th request it was done. Really not up to a 5 Star Hotel standard.
The second major point; on the website a 20% discount on F&B was promoted with our booking rate. During check in we asked for the 20% discount and they were not able to answer on that. We asked another 3 times for a confirmation and after 1.5 days, not hours, one and a half day we got the answer that the offer was mot valid anymore and Marketing was taking it off the website. No solution, no sorry, just this fact was the answer from Reception.
I have never experienced such a treatment in a 5 Star Hotel my entire life. This is the first review I wrote, but I had to get it off my mind.
I must admit we were helped by a really nice and professional Person from the Hotel. We were lucky we bumped into him, otherwise we would have been lost with this treatment.
Mr. Joe Gates was the wonderful and helpful Person who make me belief in Hotelservice and guest oriented service again.

Fantastic just spent 2 weeks here. Loved it. They are getting ready for a refurb at the moment and maybe don't have all the things they usually have as they are winding everything up. People are fab in hotel and we were well looked after.thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here.

A beautiful place to spend time with family or loved ones, especially young kids, as the amazing Wild Wadi comes as part of the package if you are spending time here. Make sure to check out the German restaurant located on the second floor, as well as one of the best brunch restaurants in Dubai, Latitude. Never a disappointment.

Just returned from our stay at this hotel! Had a wonderful few days, lots to do in this hotel and its great for kids! You have free daily access to the Wild Wadi Water park which is amazing. Rooms are spacious, luxurious and beds are really comfy! Food around the hotel was great, we particularly enjoyed dining at the Naya restaurant! Well worth a visit. This hotel is particularly busy at all times around the lobby and pool area. The only other thing I would mention is that the hotel could have more attention to detail, finger marks on glass and doors. Apart from that no negatives!

This is one of the nicest places where we have stayed. They are very attentive to the little details. The location is prime. The hotel itself has great amenities, great private beach, nice pools. Highly recommend it. We were on the 17th floor and the view was unreal.

Super awesome view, nice rooms and very friendly staff for the most part. The pool is great and the sea lovely. A lovely place for families and people who enjoy the family vibe. Go for a walk along the waterfront the get some air.
There is a water park nearby that is included with the room charge (or was for me) that looks like lots of fun for the thrill seeking. Me, I was content swinging under the little water falls in the pool and standing on my hands in the three feet section but sine of us are simple. A nice place to stay for a conference. Family oriented hotel that meets the needs of young children. Complimentary services are resourceful even though some part of the hotel is being updated. The 'cons' are that the rooms are dated, bathroom have a single sink for a family of 4, and the room layout could be better. Overall, the addition recreational space makes up for the rooms deficiency. The family pool area, the private beach and the swim up pool bar are pleasant to experience.
The staff here make the difference compared with other hotels in Dubai. Your every need is no trouble for them.response / report this review -

They say it's better to have a view on the attraction rather than being inside of the attraction. It cannot be more true in this case. The view you get from the hotel, it's beaches, its restaurants and throughout the hotel is of the famous Burj Al Arab hotel, the sail shaped iconic hotel of Dubai.

Wow what a great surprise for my husband birthday upgrade to a royal suite, birthday cake and red wine. Already a great experience and terrific beds. The kids love it too

Stunning 5* hotel, great location just a few minutes walk to the beach, huge rooms with double balcony, easy level walk to catch Metro. Super friendly service, bar/restaurant pricey as you might expect. Highly recommend booking suite & access to top floor lounge giving amazing breakfast with personal chef.

Best to go half board. Good location. Flexible when you need and want something. Loving the stay so far with my wife and 7 years, 6 years and 3 months old children. Although there are major renovation taking place it hasn't caused us any problems.
The heat as you should know this time of the year is VERY HOT
Advice:
Taxi is always available but not cheap.
Exchange your money in Dubai for better rates but have some on you just in case.
Try as much as you can, all varieties of restaurants available for you within Jumeirah group in different hotels and included.
Staying in main land gives you better access to many facilities.
The beach that is part of Jumeirah beach hotel is amazing.
The water park may be part of your stay and included and is for all ages. Enjoy it
Much more can be said. I will end by saying i enjoyed it very much hope you enjoy it as well.

You know how you go places that are rated 5.star and you wonder how on earth they got those ratings well this one isn't one of those places!!! They deserve their rating.
When I first arrived I was disappointed with the appearance of the lobby I expected so much more so I was low on my expectation on the rooms. Upon arrival in the room, I was pleased with what we were given and then we went round and I was so pleased i extended my stay by 3days. They are not stingy we get a fruit bowl every other day, we get way more than 2 bottles of complimentary water daily. The rooms have cappuccino making machines, each room gets a beautiful beach bag as well as 2 pairs of flip flops on the house! Also 2 pairs of bedroom slippers. The bath gel and shampoo come in bigger than usual containers.
This hotel is all about you the guest! I have enjoyed all the pampering.

This hotel is my favorite in Dubai. The sea view is amazing. Also the access from within the hotel to wild wadi park is convenient. The altitude resturent in ground floor is serving very delicious food. Strongly recommended.

Great food set in beautiful location with great views. Although the live band is sometime a little to loud the food makes up for it.
They have seafood themes and sometime Malaysian / Thai themes both excellent highly recommended

Fabulous hotel - location, food, amenities are superb - great for all the family whether you like a "get away from it all" or an "activity" holiday.
Right on a beautiful beach.
Staff were friendly and helpful - impressed by the number and alertness of the life guards around beautiful huge pools.
Definitely returning soon.
