The staff is really, really nice and professional. The Chef at the egg station was really nice too! I wasn't that excited about the dinner choices, but it was enough there to eat. The cleaning staff was very courteous and always smiling and security spoke to me with a smile each and every morning. My stay was very nice.

Had my daughter's 1st birthday here at the grand ballroom hall. It was spacious, food simple but good. Staffs are nice too

Stayed there for a 3 nights. Place was clean. Beds are comfortable AC was great. Easy to get from the airport, very close to the tube. Lots of shops and places to eat around. Staff was helpful and nice . Overall a good experience :)

Nice hotel. Check in was very slow and only hot water in the tap, got told they don't have a cooling station. So if you like boiling hot showers this is a place to stay. Swimming pool is on top of the building and it is very small the space around the pool is small too and without any shade. Location is good next to the shopping centre and a 24h shop.

I recommend this hotel. Clean wide rooms. Perfect service. Kind staff. I enjoyed staying here and will come back. Although the reception seems somehow boor. But the rooms are fantastic with supplies and clean. The profissional staff is considered too. Above all being very near to a specific metro station where both red and green lines meet is a very important point in Dubai.

Very convenient location. Near to Union station . Only 5 stops on the metro to the Trade Centre. Ghurair shopping centre just across the road.hotel rooms are spacious and clean . Good breakfast.

Parking access is quite cramped, so if you have a longer car/suv then it's better to park outside the hotel

The staff was helpful when we needed an extra bed and set us up quickly. Decent breakfast. On the return trip, Omar set us up with a very nice room. Very friendly staff.

Good Hotel with 3 star full facilities. The only bad thing is the Parking. Esp if you have SUV then its your driving test to go down and come up safely.m :)

Good for the value of money, the parking is horrible and can be very difficult to enter with big cars. The reception took more than 30 minutes to check us in and we've been waiting in the loby for long and its crowded and did not get any offers for something to drink as the weather is hot.

Very narrow Parking it is very difficult to drive a big car through basement.
