Staff are always welcoming and friendly. There isn't a job too big for them to help out with. I would highly recommend staying at the Ascott if you are visiting Dubai.

Not like a regular hotel so no bell boys to greet you at the front and one person at reception who wad not in a hurry to check me in.

Nice spacey apartment with full kitchen, fridge, microwave. Wide lounge area with TV and a sheltered balcony with table to sit for your morning breakfast or evening tea.

Just a minute walk or less from World Trade Center Metro station so that was amazing convenience. Has some decent restaurants close by as well.

Only British style Type G plugs in the apartment so if you have 2 pin (American or European) appliances you need a converter (which I got from reception).

Bed was a bit too firm. The blinds were no light blocking and so the bedroom couldn't get dark which disturbed sleep. In addition through the night traffic noise, car horns, sirens could be heard and the apartment had not soundproofing at all.

I love the layout of the apartment and the swimming pool is very awesome..it's like a mini olympics size pool. The staff at the reception are very cheerful and helpful. Highly recommended.

The place is amazing, big and spacious and the hotel staffs are all very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again once we are back in Dubai. The place is very near to a metro station which made it more convenient for us. Thank you very much!

Ascott Park Place was a nice service apartment. The location was nice because it is near the metro station. The swimming pool and gym also was good. Even the staff was very accomodating specially the bellman and reception.

Nice and clean rooms. Downside is that the outlets are not universal and you are forced to use a convertor. They have free convertors but they are always being used and there is a shortage. Overpriced cafe inside.

We spent a good 3 years of our time in Dubai here. Hands down the best service we've ever had, coupled with great apartments and amenities. Will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity
