I booked a 3 month stay for our guest from work
The apartment is very neat, clean and comfortable
The quality of furniture is good .The whole apt is beautiful, kitchen well equipped.
The reception is clean the service is extremely good and the location is in the heart of the jbr where you have everything around you
I have dealt with walid their sales and marketing manager who was extremely helpful and kind.He gave us a very good and decent price and upgraded the guest to a premium 1 bedroom apt.
The booking went smooth, the check in went smooth and the service is very good
I definitely recommend them especially with the crazy prices in that area for this time of year.response / report this review -

I had a 2 nights stay at the hotel along with my family and it was amazing. Had the morning breakfast setup at the restaurant which was with a variety of goodies to refresh your morning. Charming and helpful staff to assist you. Coming here was a top notch

The service and location is very good but the bathrooms need a lot of makeover or redoing shower heads not working properly, there was quite a bit of mould, the glass barriers have a leakage and ac in room not working. Three stars is just because of location and service.

I stayed here during Eid Al Adha holiday and I was amazed when I entered the apartment. All neat and clean. Its huge for 2 person in addition, there’s one lady in the reception when we checked in who accomodated us professionally and upgraded our room with Balcony. Staff are very nice and helpful. However, there is one receptionist guy in the morning shift whom I think need to be friendly and welcoming to their guests. He should put a smile on his face. I can critic very well since I’ve been working in hospitality industry before. Everything is perfect. Hakeem the concierge was very nice too and the housekeeping team. Keep it up and surely will come back again. ❤️

Not recommended at all!!!!

Changed my room 3 times in 24 hrs
I reserved king size bed they provided queen size and the reason no rooms
2nd day they provided the king size bedroom but the water leaking from the 4th floor to my living room!!!!

Suha Hotel Apartments is located perfectly for anyone wanting to enjoy the JBR Walk along with flexibility of transportation with tram station next to it. The rooms are spacious and clean with all necessary amentities.

This is our second home. Best facilities and awesome service. We have stayed over here for over 10 times now and mostly for over 5 days on vacation. There is nothing you cannot find here. Stay here with elder peeps, your spouse or kids - anyone!

A summary of Suha Hotel Apartments for those who are just browsing different hotels in Dubai.
Suha has a great location, probably the best you can get for that price. The price itself is very low and affordable, especially since you can cook your own food. The downside is that it feels a bit old compared to all the other luxury hotels around you. Is Suha right for you? If you are looking for something relatively cheap, great location and don't care to much about wether or not it is pure luxury I can say it is.
If this has caught your attention, read on.
Why should you stay at Suha:
-Price
-Location, 5 min to both JBR and Marina Mall.
-Great pool with a nice amount of sun
-24-hour supermarket
-24-hour Subway
-Friendly staff
-A kitchen, will save you a lot of money
-Our room had a nice view over the marina
-A very friendly driver who works for the hotel picked us up at the airport.
Why shouldn't you stay at Suha:
-Not as luxurious as it's neighbours
-Bugs, not really a big deal but we had 4 different bugs in the room during the stay
-Not enough cutleries and no dishwasher
-Cleaned at weird times, sometimes during the late morning and sometimes during the afternoon. The floor could have been cleaner.
-Slow elevators
-The staff took my personal towel, of course it was a mistake but as a guest you except to keep your personal items. I never got it back.
I usually grade my stays between "would not even consider booking again" and "would not even consider booking anything else".
Suha is a hotel that I would probably stay at again if the price remains low. For me the hotel is 3.7 out of 5.response / report this review -

It was a great experience staying at Suha. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are huge in size. We booked two bed room apartment. 24x7 open grocery store and pharmacy within the hotel premises which delivers to your room . 6-8 mins walk to JBR, The Walk and 10 mins to the beach. 20-25 mins walk to Marina Mall & 5 mins to Marina Walk. Taxis are easily available outside the property. Plenty of options to chill late at night at JBR. I would highly recommend this place.

Affordable. Great location. Convinient. Rooms are big. Utmost privacy. Good service. There's a supermarket right below the building and they deliver. The view from the rooms facing Dubai marina is amazing. Very chill and quiet. Spacious balconies.

Getting in and out of the building is difficult and too much work. The parking space for the hotel is really little for a 20 storey building. The sound system is not loud at all (the TV speakers were louder). WiFi log in page never worked, except for PC devices.response / report this review -

Really nice flat. Our flat is 140m2. Lots of rooms and it has 2 balconys. 3 toilets. The only thing that is missing is furniture at balcony. It feels clean everywhere! And the apartment is cleaned every day. Nice view from the balcony at the canal. Equipped with both washingmachine and a dishwasher. Also equipped with an iron. And finally: easy to reach the beach and the lovely beach walk. We want be here the next time again!

Love the place! I stayed here with my in-laws and a 3-month old and we loved every bit of it. The Walk is so so so close. It's calm & quiet!
