Clean, and extremely spacious. Daily maintenance and kind staff. Nice balcony areas good for 2-3 people to sit out. A great place for extended stays in Dubai..

Wow. It is really a very bad place to stay with family, please do not come here as it is hazardous to your health. There are stains on the couches, walls, bed sheets, pillows and everywhere else. The A/C is very loud, the doors creak and make a lot of noise. There are to many flaws and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I made a mistake coming here and trusting them. I will never return here again because of the flaws. Far too many flaws and I do not consider this place to be safe or reasonable to stay in unless you absolutely have no other choice. It is horribly maintained and they do not replace or change their bed sheets, furniture or pillows at all. No refurbishment whatsoever. It is very nasty so I ask you all to look away when it comes to this place. Very dissatisfied.

Set among high-rise buildings and 3 km off the E11 highway, this down-to-earth apartment hotel is an 8-minute walk from a metro station and 9 km from Mall of the Emirates.

Amazing apartment. Excellent maintenance. All facilities are available here like the WiFi etc. Spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. Easily accessible as it lies near to the metro.

I was one person and I absolutely disliked the place very much. The appliances are old and very dirty, not a good place to stay even if it was for free. I basically got tricked into paying 500 for one of the worst rooms in dubai. It is big but that's all it has to offer. There were stains in my room very bad stains. Furniture is old and torn up. Table was broken right in the middle of it was broken. The television is old and didn't work at all. The beds and rooms were very outdated. The sheets the bed sheets were even dirty. I don't trust it at all. Please stay away from here I want to save you the time. Go anywhere else it will be better.

It's not as good as they claim. Not at all. Stains all over the place. Table is broken television is old. The apartment is big but that's about it. Very dirty, I wouldn't stay here ever again. No wonder their prices are reasonable. My friend put a comforter on the couch to sit on because he was afraid that he would catch something. Hotels are supposed to be comfortable not worrying. Don't stay here, stay far away! I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. I regret coming here myself. If I could take it back I honestly would. It's sickening. In all honesty, I should be entitled to a refund.

The overall stay was great. The location is good, as it is close to the metro station as well as restaurants and shops. It's not in the fancy areas but still very nice. The rooms were clean and quiet. Entire apartment was very spacious. I would highly recommend this place, especially for the price. My biggest complaint is the shower curtain, it was quite dirty and needed changing. We also had to ask for towels on numerous occasions. The staff was pretty friendly though and met our requests.

Great location, 5min from the subway station. The apartment was huge and very clean, it had everything(three bathrooms, two rooms, one kitchen, a living room and a big balcomy). The staff was very helpful and friendly.
