All words are just poor translation for our memorable beautiful stay at our favorite hotel in Dubai. It wasn’t our fist stay, but our first experience in the current pandemic situation and we (my mom and myself) have our deepest respect for all of the Mina Team and Jumeriah around, who just give us a feeling of absolute safety and bliss. It was just perfect. Everyone was in such a thrill to make it for all guest special and yes, they absolut did it. From the welcoming, to the room service, the cleanness all over the resort, the guest services at the reception, the food (especially to me, as a person who is always in need to be very straight with the food I eat, as I have a medical history) they provide me a high class dinner, absolute perfect. We highly recommend this place for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you have kids, or if you just wanna spend some quiet time for yourself or with your beloved. The resort have for everyone the a place. And the whole team is just golden. We travel a lot. So I can definitely be sure of what I write down. To me, Mina is one of the most beautiful resorts I know. And we can’t wait to be back. Thank you!

Without doubt the friendliest staff on the planet especially Deema she went above and beyond to make our morning breakfast a special family occasion each time , Waleed also a fantastic guy along with Jude , thank you all for a great stay , see you real soon hopefully

One of the best hotels in Dubai. The rooms are spacious. Their service is extremely professional and the staff are very friendly. They have very special coffee and tea brand in the room unlike many other hotels I’ve checked in which makes want to stay in the room the whole day and call room service for food, but you cannot do that when you see the hotel restaurants and wish to explore every corner of the hotel. You feel like you don’t need to leave the hotel because they have everything there. Tremendous experience that you always want to repeat.

I’m torn over this rating. Whilst I love the hotel for its elegant, Arabic charm, the service in the lobby lounge the other day was not good. My friend and I were two of about five in total and yet no-one came to take our order. After 20 minutes we had to try and attract the attention of a waiter. Disappointing for one of the more authentic, “bling-less” hotels in Dubai.

Cozy and very relaxing place to stay! the beach view was magnificent, specially having the iconic Burj Al Arab at the background we really love our stay and will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends! the breakfast was nice as well! everything is just superb!

The second best Hotel in Jumeirah beach after Al Naseem. I love to stay there when on business trip with the family. Go to their Chinese restaurant, fantastic home made Dim Sum.

We stayed here for 4 days - absolutely fantastic hotel - we've stayed at a few 5 star hotels, this one makes all the other ones seem like 4 star hotels.. We were there during the World Government Summit, so it was a bit crowded and hectic. However, all of the staff was incredibly nice and went way out of their way to make sure our stay was phenomenal.
The bed was easily the most comfortable bed my wife and I have ever slept in. Wow. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was great - super spacious, wonderful shower, bathtub, water closet. The water temperature in the shower was somewhat inconsistent, but that would be my only complaint for the bathroom! The view from the balcony was fantastic - particularly in the early morning when the surrounding buildings started to appear through the mist.
Our daughter loved the boat service and the Sinbad's kid camp. I loved the fitness center and the olympic pool - the fitness center rivals some dedicated gyms I've been to. The steam room and sauna were really nice - generally gym sauna/steam rooms are not actually hot enough, both were perfect. My wife loved the outdoor pool and beach. The only issue with the outdoor pool and beach is a lack of changing areas.
All of the restaurants we tried were excellent - we particularly liked the Tortuga Mexican restaurant and The Meat Company (not part of the resort/hotel, but nearby). Also, the room service food was very good, the breakfasts were by far the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had and were better than many excellent restaurants.
My only complaint was the turn down service - they really wanted to turn down the room three times a day, which seems excessive to me! If you didn't remember to turn on the do not disturb light, they would keep coming back to ask to turn down the room.response / report this review -

A rose pool in the lobby and lake with fish in the back. This place feels like a palace throughout. You can imagine yourself royalty as you wander about. While the hotel is relativity new it has the feel of history with the ornate designs everywhere.

Great experience!
Beautiful rooms. Bathrooms are beautiful. The view on Burj Al Arab and the sea was amazing especially at night.

Checkin very slow, separate bed instead of king size bed. Non-smoking and I requested smoking preference I doubt there will be a 2nd time.

What an unbelievable hotel. I wish I could give it more stars. I stayed here for a week in October and was so impressed by the hotel in general as well as the kind and pleasant staff who could not seem to do enough for us. I only hope I can get back there sooner than next year ha!

We love this place! The attention to detail is impeccable. The facilities that are included in the stay are perfect such as the Wild Wadi, buggy escort around the resort, access to all the Jumeirah Hotels and the kids club, Sinbad is great for little ones. The beach is clean and private!

5/5! Amazing resort that you just want to stay there and not go out to explore Dubai. It’s so beautiful and exotic. Has a feel of morroco and Spain! It’s just simply indescribable! It’s a must experience!! Just wish could stay longer.. if accomodation price lowered would be great!!

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and I would say one of the best in Dubai. It is an impressive luxurious Arabian style beach front hotel with very good service and helpful staff. It has a wonderful choice of restaurants and the breakfast is amazing. You can use the facilities at the other 2 hotels in the resort including the private beach and swimming pools. This hotel really has it all.

Check in tool incredibly long, but the young lady that showed us to our room was very nice. The ice machine on our floor, which is in a staff only room was broken and we had to track someone down in the hall to get some sent up. I know it's Dubai and you can have someone do anything you need, but it would have taken 3 minutes for me to get it vs 20 or so for room service.

This is a lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was very attentive. I brought my son for one night on a staycation. Wild Wadi tickets were included and a buggy took us from the hotel to the park. There was a canal boat to take us to another Jumeriah hotel for dinner. Our room had a balcony and beautiful view of the gulf. I will definitely come again.

Stayed here for a week while on honeymoon. Rooms were lovely with great views, staff are friendly and happy to help always. Hotel has great security so can enjoy a bit of peace without people coming in as the complex is very popular. Food is great and if you have half board or above you can use the complexes restaurants such as am qasr, burj and beach hotel. A really great experience.

We recently stayed at Jumeirah Mina A'Salam for a week, and could not fault it. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. The room was fantastic and, I don't know if anyone else notices this, but the room smelt lovely, as did the corridors walking to our room. Everything was extremely clean and cleaners were there twice a day to tidy up. We ate at their restaurant every breakfast and about 5 lunch or dinners, and the a la cart meal was wonderful. The choices were many and we left full every time. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Dubai, and if I am lucky enough to go back, I would definately stay here again.response / report this review -

Great Hotel. Very Arabic themed. Excellent staff and hospitality. Great views of the beach and the famous Burj Al Arab. Complimentary access to Wild Wadi when you stay here. Great for family and couples.
