  To all Belarusian citizens, they are not giving passport for your born in UAE child here. YOU HAVE TO TRAVEL to Belarus to get a passport!! You have to provide them with birth certificate translated into Russian but there are only 2 translation agencies which you can use. They are not accepting translation done by any other interpreter. Based on provided translation they issue certificate of returning for your child to travel to Belarus BUT you can not travel with it. We got stopped by immigration and didn't get thru passport control because local (emirati) authority are not recognizing this certificate!!! This is nothing for them!! You have to have some "outpass" from local immigration authority to exit UAE. Nobody in Belarusian embassy informed me of that. I understood they are issuing this certificate of returning and there is some sort of agreement between the countries for the people to travel with this document. I was shocked when being checked in for the flight we were turned back at the passport control. Be aware to avoid all frustration, stress and financial loss that we experienced because of service provided by Belarusian embassy in UAE.

  Откровенно говоря мне стыдно за посольство Беларуси! Совершенно неопрятное место, вход не через центральные двери, за воротами нужно искать закрома в которых расположен вход.
  У единого окна лежат РУССКИЕ журналы, типа «Русские Эмираты» - нет никакой беларуской прессы!
  И самое огромное разочарование то, что родив двойню на территории ОАЭ я не получила поддержки от посольства и паспорта получать пришлось лететь в Беларусь самим. Мы не знаем ни одного посольства в ОАЭ где бы так НЕ выдавали паспортов!
  По сему, не вижу глобальной смысловой нагрузки в посольстве.
  Разочарована.
