Nepal embassy ..!! Seriously Shame to say that you guys are Working in Nepalese Embassy !! Firstly, Theres no any care for the nepalese..Secondly, u guys Even dont know how to speak in phone when someone call in the landline of Your office..Thirdly,After even 100 times the bell ring also never pick up the phone..
And lastly, Very poor Services And office staff treat us that they are the King.
No sense of politeness,kindness..and system..

I visited today the embassy and found the services excellent. Much more improved than earlier visit
. Staffs were very nice, helpful and the area was neat N tidy. Well satisfied.

Today i visit Nepal embassy ,I would like to share my experience ,it was the most disaster embassy there staff do not know what is etiquette .staff has no smile in face ,no greeting ,staff with no knowledge and experience .They should be remove from the embassy .how is this possible if the embassy does not follow the right manners and discipline.i have the fren who got the visa which has all the original document but they said need blood relation here . again they told to contact Nepal manpower .this is the worst ever .Thats why ALL THE NEPALI PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING BECOSE OF THE MANPOWER ISSUE .they will steal the money and run away. nepal should react on this subject pls action needed in right place in professional and systematic way.

Every thing was going well until the guy called Imran who worked on ground floor still speaking in HINIDI even he understand Nepali and was also the Nepalese citizenship holder. I was really shocked and as a Nepalese this is total disrespect to my motherland. it is not about the language barrier that I can't speak or understand English imagine if some one having really bad situation to face and only the option he can communicate is nepali than it is just the worst scenario the person is going to face and also from Dubai to abudhabi. this is just a wate of time. Please this kind of support form the embassy should be provided and recognize after all they are here for our support.

Please share this message as much as you can and let our government knows what should they do about it.

Staff is friendly no doubt but what's the means of friendly if you are not getting proper documentation required at the first place ?
One simple job need four tours from Dubai to AbuDhabi Wowwww
Love the country as Mount Everest and love to work a place because of working time 9:30PM till 01:30 PM

No one has any answers and al they do is make u go from one door to another

The WORSSST PERSON IS THE COUNCELLOR! He has no manners and no knowledge, can't even communicate and I actually saw him shout GET OUT! to one lady who was talking so politely

Shame on him and his embassy! She such a poor picture of a beautiful country

How can an embassy be so UNREACHABLE!!!!
For 2 weeks, i havent been able to speak to one single person in the Nepal embassy in UAE. The line is either busy or no one picks up the phone.. CONTINUOUSLY! What if someone had something urgent that needs to be addressed??

It is close to Abu Dhabi bus park. You need taxi to be there. If you are in your car it is not far away. The service provided is not so up to the mark.

The infrastructure in the building are dilapidated but the workforce at the service are moderately genial. Hope they thrive for the better service. They respond email though phone is answered hardly.
