  Nobody answer the phone, and their Embaccy (villa) is very dirty, no reception and the Employees there angry and disrespectful and nobody answering my question and you have to wait a long time to speak 10 seconds with them.

  I called them to ask some information about the visa , the guy who answerd the phone was so rude and he said that he doesn’t hear me and hang up the phone , when I called back nobody is picking up the phone

  Never Answer Phone i finished my 2 cards but they not answer phone i love Ukraine but what thy not answering phone its bad image for Ukraine
