Too lazy team. Long waiting for waiting. Recommend to avoid this office if possible. Waited one and half hours to get my tern. Instead of serving costumers, they considering coustumer like their servents.

I went there to get a sim card replacement. I have been told that I need to wait 40 min, which is fine, but the system is down so they might not able to give a new one.its not the first time it happened. My question is how long should I be then without a simcard?🤬

Parking is a bit tedious at peak hours but if you wait for a while in the front side, you will get it. Once you get the token, a personal customer may have to wait there for around 45 mins to get his turn. But, business or government customers are usually getting a their turn within 10 mins.

Better to contact call center, they are much much more helpful. No proper information at the employees of this store (Although management wants to support and help; but had a "disaster" experiance with employees)
