Hotel Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan
We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights before we got on our cruise. We arrived very late at night, 2:00 am in the morning. We asked the hotel concierge to arrange for a driver to pick us up, which they arranged for us, we were met at the airport by the driver and taken to our hotel. Our room was gracious and the breakfast buffet was amazing – both Western and local cuisines. We had one minor problem with our room, but the hotel staff was quick to respond and resolve the problem. The next morning the hotel manager offered us a complimentary breakfast and drink. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel at reasonable rates.

A few times I stayed here with my family, my childrens love it. Good food and a clean and comfortable room. Room service people are quite friendly. They made animals with the towel and it made my kids so happy. Thank you

My family and I were very happy with our stay at the Novotel hotel. It has everything you need for a perfect stay and all the staff are very welcoming and friendly especially Imran Khan from housekeeping who did an excellent job everyday. We had breakfast included and it was a very good selection every morning. The wifi was very good and taxis to and from places weren't too far, its in a good location. Overall we were very pleased with our room, facilities and the staff during our stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

I found 4star hotel for very less price only here. Stayed here with my kids and they enjoyed in the pool. Rooms are clean and well maintained, bed sheets they changed twice a day because of my kids. I really appreciate and thank you

Stayed for few days, hotel is good and easy to go to the big mosque. Staffs are very good. Taxi available whenever needed. I really like the convertable sofa into bed.

I am staying at the hotel for a month. Staff (M. Gamal) was quite helpful at check-in. He took me around and showed me the available rooms, before assigning one.
Breakfast is great. Staff in Pepper Restaurant, specially Sandra, is quite welcoming, taking special care of guests.

Would definitely come and stay here in future. The house-keeping could slightly be improved though. I found towels missing a couple of times in my room.

Warm and confortable place. Well organized and with professional personnel always available to support you. Two internal restaurants with large choise of high Quality foods. Local and International. Nice swiming pool close to the 1st Floor bar and the internal SPA.

We are out here staying at Hotel Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan on holiday, and it's a very nice hotel for the price. The staff are very friendly, and plenty of amenities. It's fairly comparable to an upscale US hotel, but at the cost (converted to USD) to a $100 motel/hotel. Would certainly stay here again!

Good services. Cosy position especially if you have to go around for business. Room maintenance is at right levels. Defects: restaurants are 2 and both of them are boring. If you have to stay in a room for smokers the smell of cigarette is everywhere; anyhow this happened one time only when the hotel was really fully booked.

I know many hotels in Abu Dhabi because I have been living here for years and I decided to book a room in Novotel Al Bustan for my family who visited me!

No regrets at all:
Novotel Al Bustan is absolutely FANTASTIC!

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms; stunning facilities, very big swimming pool and gym; delicious breakfast with variety of food; the staff is friendly and welcoming above all manager Ms Sabina, the most helpful person ever!

I truly recommend it and for sure I will book a room for my next visitors!

It is very well located and the staff is really nice and supportive especillay room attendant mr. Saghar and his supervisor Mr. Muhammad Altaf. Rooms were big and beds were very comortable. There was a great view from my room.

Thank you Novotel AbuDhabi Al Bustan for making our family Eid holiday get away a memorable one. We had booked 5 rooms for 4 families about 10 adults and 7 children. Ms. Honey at the reception was great help in accommodating us on one floor in rooms which were very close and adjacent to one another despite the heavy reservation rush during the holidays. The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious with double bed and an additional double sofa cum bed too. The interiors of the hotel are very impressive. The sound insulation of the rooms was of the top quality. The kids loved the temp controlled pool which was from 6.30 am to 10 pm. It was nice and big and could accommodate many. The buffet breakfast was great too with a wide array of spread. The staff went an extra mile and sent 3 fresh chocolate pastries to our rooms for the kids birthday. The location was also not deep into Abu Dhabi and relatively easy drive from Dubai. Very nice and relaxing place to be and looking forward to recommending it to many others and more future family get aways at this hotel. Kudos and keep up the great service with a smile.

The rooms are up to the Novotel standard - well maintained and clean with very good furnishing. The East-facing swimming pool means it only gets sun in the morning. Good dining options and a nice place to relax in the evening. Quite affordable and very friendly staff.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff !

One of the good thing is that there is a bus stop very near the hotel so you can come by bus from the airport. Which is good if you want to save money! If you feel like it you can go to interesting places just with the bus, if you have time Or the position is very central so taxi prices is average to visit places.

We didn't go to the events but there is many all along the week!
