There are very few hotel Apartments that I can compare to Adagio in Abu Dhabi. One of the best hotel apartment in town. In fact I have only found 2 great hotel apartments in Abu Dhabi. Arjaan by Rotana and the other one is Adagio. This hotel is managed by Novatel and that’s adds up lot of value to this apartment. First of all the location is great, quite centrally located in Abu Dhabi. Very good parking along with valet parking option available. I checked in late midnight and the hotel guys were quick in checking me in. The rooms were very comfortable and quite large. Though I would have preferred better Air Conditioning and comfortable bed. I was told it’s a king bed but was disappointed to find a queen bed. This was the only disappointment during my 5 day stay. The hotel has a shared pool with the neighboring Novotel hotel which is very nice. Didn’t have a chance to taste the food in the hotel.

This is an extraordinary place. The rooms are huge and nicely decorated, the kitchen is fully equipped with very high quality appliances, the bathrooms are spacious and the underground parking is very convenient. Nice backyard garden for relaxing strolls. The Adagio guests can use the Novotel facilities (spa, gym, pool) and visit its excellent restaurants and bars with a discount for some of them. The staff is very kind and helpful, special mention to Mr. Hamza at the reception, a very helpful and professional front desk employee. I had a marvellous experience for almost two months and I highly recommend this aparthotel.

I'm living in room 1356 I like To thank to staff in housekeeping Sansar & Harbhagan and that floor supervisor as well they are very friendly and always taking care about us and this place is very help all the works for enjoying foods are very good for my next vacation I'll choose the same place keep it up thanks for taking care for us

We were in Adagio few days for a marriage function,i really like this hotel because the staffs are so friendly and help full,all our rooms were 3 bed rooms with a nice balcony & view,the kitchen is very good and its enough for a family,there is a laundry room also inside the room. The rooms and living area also so big.the room was very clean and neat my special thanks to housekeeping staff Sumithra and Biswa.they clean always our room very well.Thank you.

I have good experience in this place. Room is cozy, clean and comfy also the kitchens has good equipment made me can cook my favorite dish everyday. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and feels like home. Value for money.

I have been there with my family , was bit doubtful about the service and standards while booking . Being a hotelier i was impressed they way the HK staff are trained. They did a fabulous job.Thanks to housekeeping management ;if i plan to come back for a stay in AD that will be in your property due to the cleanliness and the hospitality provided by your HK staff

My experience is so bad in adagio starting from the bad reception.imagine that we do beg for items that supposed to be available in the apartment. No servet, no hairdryer, poor room service, etc. But people at the bar are cool.

Its nice aparthotel ..
Wide space at the aprtment (i took 3 BRs)
2 rooms queen beds (master room with TV & master bathroom) , 1 room with queen bed, 1 room with single bed ..
Very big hall (sofa could be used as bed) opened to the dining table ..
A small well equipped kitchen ..
There are ( 1 bathroom near the rooms, 1 toilet extra at main entrance of the apartment .
Free Wifi not speedy, but good .. (you can buy speedy Wifi) ..
There is parking (either request for valet -took mins- or park it by yourself) ..
There is a deposit to be held while your stay ..

First I want to give kudos to the receptionist Hamza for his outstanding customer service from check-in to check out. I left my jacket and spoke to other receptionist over the phone but she never get back to me, I called again & this time Hamza answered who could still recognized me As promised he rang me back & I was able to retrieved my jacket.
The room is big & clean, bed is comfortable. They have no problem with visitors which is real plus. We really enjoyed our stay.response / report this review -

My stay at Adagio:
- Staff were very friendly; Fatima, the receptionist, was very accommodating and considerate.
- Apartment had everything needed, from kitchen appliances to washing machine to wi-fi
- Adagio residents have free access to Novotel facilities such as pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam, cafe (with 20% discount, serves Starbucks)etc
Overall: Great!
Would definitely recommend adagio to friends and family !

I currently live at the Adagio and the only reason I'm still here is because it has a kitchen. The front desk staff is completely incompetent. They do not pad information to guests appropriately. It started at check in when they failed to ask if I wanted to put additional funds on my card so I could charge items directly to room which resulted in my laundry not being delivered. Then they contacted the guests to scheduled pest control but didn't know they available times. They had to call me back. I finally scheduled a time. Then on the day I scheduled my appointment no one showed. I asked the reception when they would be there. After two hours and several attempts to call reception bank for answer they finally said they didn't know services weren't going to be done on that day and I would need to reschedule. But the only reason I found this out is because I constantly called them and pushed for an answer. And now they have rented out portions of the hotel for a film crew but failed to notify guests at all about the event. Elevators are randomly blocked. They have guards at certain areas so guests can't get through. I have been unable to get to my room without going around the entire hotel. This is unacceptable and I will be looking for a new place.

I live in a studio apartment here at the Adagio Al Bustan, and strongly recommend it to others. The faciities are extremely good, the room has all I need and I have great cleaning services from Tawa, Jude and Irfan. It's well located and have good access to the Novotel services such as the pool, gym and restaurants.

Very clean and they have 3 bedrooms apartments for bug families with affordable prices. Decent breakfast and a very good location. The only cons is that the rooms are not sound proof
