  They tried to rip me off claiming that I hit the car and need to pay for the police report as well as the repair costs, I reported them to the police and suddenly evrything went well.

  Don't try this company, they have the worst service ever, they even doesn't return the security deposit, they doesn't reply calls or even Emails, until now i did 2 complaints on consumer rights for them.

  They try to sell you the insurance and claim you will be liable to pay 2000 in case there is a minor scratch. They then print the rental agreement which states different prices, terms, dates and verbally tell you this is fine. Very unprofessional.
  
  Update! After more than 2 months after I rent a car, they charge me >$100 without any sms/email/call. It took me 15 min on a phone to get to someone who was able to find my previous booking and try to send me the receipt or find records on why they charged me another $100.

  Look elsewhere for rentals and work
  Might seem like a fancy company as it is under Emirates National Group. But in reality it isn't.
  Car rental: vehicle availability is always low, cars usually have high mileage and are old models (compared to other companies), interior/mechanical issues.
  Work: low salary, salary transfer is more than 40 days late, no bi/yearly airplane tickets, no commission (if you're working front office or in sales), petty cash takes ages to be refunded, no HR policy (unprofessional HR staff), certain procedures upon joining aren't refundable (Emirates ID application), and they do not pay your end of service

  UPDATE: I received a call today telling me that they want to charge me 12,000dhs (~4,000 USD) for the issue mentioned below. As far as I can tell this is a scam where they hand over a faulty car and make you pay once it breaks down. Beware!
  Rented a Mitsubishi Mirage from here (which stank of BO) that broke down on the highway because of a radiator problem after only 4 days, and they had the nerve to say that it had nothing to do with them. I then used the replacement car for another 3 days and returned it the morning after and they charged me for a full 8 days, not even considering the inconvenience of me having to sit on the highway for over an hour with groceries in the car until the replacement came. Fast way to lose customers. Definitely the last time I rent from here.
