My month in the “tourist club”

I’ve been staying in this hotel/apartment for the past 30 days in a Premium Suite which is approximately 85 square meters with a nice water view toward Maryah Island on the 12th floor (non smoking).The apartment is very well equipped, fully furnished including all necessary kitchen utensils. The staff has been fantastic since the very first day, especially Sam Obispo ( Rotana Sales Executive), Riza, Cathy and Fred at the reception and the gentleman Ramlal that cares for my room. All the rest of the staff has also been excellent, I’m just bad with remembering names. Room service is also very good, and my food has been excellent. It’s a non alcohol establishment but there are many choices close by as well as a shopping mall and many restaurants. The only drawback at this time is all the road construction. Overall, it’s an excellent location with very personal, friendly and warm service. I would not hesitate to chose this hotel

I slept here with my husband on last February when I have done my Umroh. I got one night free here. It was awesome. Very luxurious, clean, nice and comfortable. We wanna go there anymore. Thanks Etihad Airways and Royal Rose Hotel. #fivestarhotel

Great environment Nice people. We stayed here for a month. Swimming pool and jaquicy at 18th floor provides a great view of the sky and passing flights. Cornege is walkable distance from here, it takes just 7 to 8 min and you can have wonderful morning walk.

The privacy is great, the design is very Arabic style, with all the glamour and gold. So if you want the luxury feel then this is the hotel for you. If your looking for simplicity or wood relaxation better find somewhere else.

An adorable really fancy hotel in Abu Dhabi Downtown, close to multiple convenience stores, Abu Dhabi Mall is walk able from here, they have a Money Exchange and taxi service in hotel which makes it really convenient to stay here. Their lunch and dinner buffets are amazing with a wide variety of cuisines so whatever your mood is you'll find something of your taste. Their 24*7 drinks and breakfast is the best with high chairs and a view of the kitchen. They offer spa and other services in room and in the club area. The rooms are adequately spacious with personal closet equipped with iron tables, safes, shoe trays, hangers, and other essentials. They offer hot tubs and shower. A study area and a patio, tip: book a room in front on 10-15 th floor, it has amazing view of downtown Abu Dhabi and Sheikh Zayad Mosque 😍. Customer service is excellent and cleanliness is top notch which made my stay memorable! The staff is friendly and yes they make you feel home as they communicate in 5 different languages, how amazing is that. I highly recommend to stay at Royal Rose. They should be a 7*, Thumbs up to the management👍

Loved the atmosphere however the advance money they took can be lower. Booking is 300aed while advance they took is 700aed even then it is refundable it is alot to take from my pockets.

I think the reviews below are fake. This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. The food is disgusting. I don't believe that anyone got a free breakfast or dinner (or why they would want it. The food here is nasty). NOTHING here is free. They charge you for everything. And they won't bill your room, so be sure to carry your wallet with you at all times. The service is a nightmare. "Well-trained staff" ha ha ha that's a joke! The hotel obviously wrote those reviews. Don't believe a word of it. It's all Lies, just like they lie to you on the phone. They misrepresent everything. First of all, we waited for over an hour at check in for our room which wasn't ready until 5 pm! Dinner is not served until 7:30 pm. They told us that there was a Thai restaurant right next door. So we went out looking for it. All Lies, there is no Thai restaurant next doorthere's nothing next door (or around the corner or across the street). The location is terrible. NOTHING is "close by." And NOTHING works. There was no Hot Water on our first night, and the key cards are useless. We keep getting stranded in the hallway (can't get in our room, can't use the elevator). We complain and complain, but they don't do anything. We would have been better to throw our money in the street. Horrible experience AND THEY DON'T CARE! Trust me.DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Awesome theme of this hotel attract me always . amazing hotel in city center . about staff only one night manager been really great with me and my family . Mr Muhammad Ali . believe me guys this guy is awesome . I had trouble with my booking plus with my ATM card but he helped me a lot with all my issues . and this hotel is really great for family vocation plus ceremonies .

Loved the architectural detailing of the building and the interiors.
I might stay here at a lower rate in the future. Minimal and unobtrusive service. Non-alcoholic and non-smoking hotel. sees mostly conservative family - found it a safe place to stay as a solo female traveller. Excellent location.

We had a one night stay at the Royal Rose Hotel which was really pleasant. The room was quiet, clean, cosy and luxurious. The bed had an amazing set of pillows making the night even better. The hotel is well located, only 25 min from airport.

- - Checkout was made before we had our breakfast and therefore, we couldn't access the restaurant without paying a supplementary fee.
