good value for money, excellent location, within walking distance of Lulu and Mall of Emirates, provides good underground parking and fast wifi. My son enjoyed the rooftop pool. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.
My 2 bedroom apartment was late, the friendly front desk staff gave us a provisional room, but that still bothered my pregnant wife. overall looks clean but my son's feet were dirty after walking barefoot for an hour inside the apartment.
could stay here again knowing what it is like. it is defenetely a 3 star place.response / report this review -

The location of this hotel is excellent. The 2 bedroom apartment that we rented for a night was very spacious and clean. We also tried the 20AED breakfast: it is excellent. They have mostly Indian style dishes, omelette (order it), fruits. Despite all these very positive points, I cannot give more than 3 stars because one of the bathrooms had no hot water (and therefore the bathroom was useless) . Hair driers didn't work as well.

It was excellent. The staff is very friendly and cooperating. On the cleanliness I would rate highest. It good value of money. I would love to stay here again. Keep up the good job. You guys rock.

Good accommodation but just tired and muggy overall. Room Carpets need a good clean, kitchen appliances don't all work. Hotel needs refreshing.

The hotel is located in an ideal location. We are really close to the Dubai mall which is great as it has one of the beat supermarkets. I do prefer it more to the lulu market. The fresh juice there is amazing. A treat which I had every morning with family. To get to other locations does not cost much. To the Emirates mall you looking at 40 dirams and to the airport you looking at 90 dihrams.
So regarding the hotel I would say its okay for what it is. I didnt spend much in the hotel. But if I was to suggest any improvements it would be more kitchen utilities. The place kept really clean and fresh towels every day.response / report this review -

Good place to live. Perfect location. Near to mall of the emirates, lulu, and many Desi , local and international resturants. Some of the 1 bedroom apartments are available for sharing. It goes like this; bedroom with attached bath costs 6000 per month which 2 people can occupy max, the hall is total private also with 2 beds each costs 2500 per month.

This hotel has very large rooms and Guests like the large rooms, but its a 3 star or 4 star hotel with all important facilities but dont have some some luxury and royal facilities . though some said they were dated & cleanliness & maintenance could be improved · Some guests mentioned the bathrooms could be improved. btw for single stay or stay with friends . this hotel is good and very much convenient for the dubai main markets.

Very clean and tidy place, apartments have everything you could need, gym, pool and sauna available, small but all day long available.

Not much to describe.

Stay OUTSIDE but NOT STAY in city stay hotel. officers are so rude and not professional. Rooms are not cleaning well and there are many insects. they are so gentle until signing contract. They are so rude and lier. They are mixing nationalities and its bringing problem with roomates. Especially indians foods are smelling so bad, but they are giving indians to european rooms. when you complaint, they are protecting indians because they are indians too. if they know that you are alone, even they are shouting to you. They are entering women's room when they want WITHOUT PERMISSION. You could be half naked or in shower. When you telling 'dont entry without permission' , they are saying "we have right, check the contract"
