I wish I could rate above 5. All staff were very friendly and polite. Buffet breakfast was always excellent. Clean environment. I will always lodge here again when visiting Dubai.

Average shopping mall and less than average food court. 10 years ago it appeared to be thriving with better restaurants. Best known for short term apartments leasing.

My family of 3 kids, my wife and I stayed at the Bustan in February. I have to say that not only is it very clean and well maintained, but is connected to a commercial center with food courts, a mini-market and a lot of shops with everything from fashion to electronics.
The residence itself was clean and well maintained and had everything a family would need to be comfortable.
Only bear in mind, due to the large size of the residential complex, there may be a lot of walking to do, based on where your room is located. This is not a downside and may be addressed by asking for a room near the Reception.

Amazing staff, clean but rooms and decor a bit early 90s. Nearby traffic heavy most of the time - Metro close by though. Free laundry service and free parking a bonus. Overall 3.9/5.

Not sure about the residence but a great place for prom dresses, ball gowns, evening wear and wedding dresses. Leave lots of time and be prepared to haggle!

Al bustan center and residence is commercial and residential place in al Nahda, it has got a hotel and restaurants and other amenities in it. Place is good to stay and cost effective as well. Metro and bus stops are very close to the place. Rooms are quite good in size. Advance reservation is advisable as the place in season get occupied soon. Overall the place is good for family stay.

Compared to the price I paid; I’d expect a better managed and clean room. The vanity kit was used the room seemed dirty, the bathroom was rusty and there was no tissue or even complimentary water. I went there just to rest after my flight and i was shocked

Clean rooms, but a bit old fashioned.
The staff the front desk are very helpful. The staff. At the lobby and room service are very cooperative and respectful.
The very close Ⓜ station 🚉 is very convenient. Taxi and kareem service are of no shortage too.

The hotel apartment amenities and services are good but I feel the hotel is trying too hard to be a 4star hotel but since it's 20+ years old, the feeling is still a standard hotel apartment.

Located just near to Al Nahad metro station, which give you access to visit the city by metro. The hotel is clean and provides a great hospitality. The Telephone operator team is very helpful and will give you full info, they pick up the phone from the first ring I called Good Job. The staffs at the reception are excellent and they are very accommodating. Hotel provides good service and facilities they have a nice Gym and swimming pool, 24 hour room service so you can order any meal at any time. Last thing if you are a traveler this is the best hotel near to the airport I highly suggest you this Hotel,

Hotel is fine. However, it's a bit far from centre of the city. Plus it's you can get into All Nahda metro station in 3 minutes from hotel.

I stayed here for 7 days during October 2016. Loved the overall experience. Rooms were neat, serviced everyday, great breakfast. Best part of this hotel is its proximity to Al Nahda metro station, so no problem in travel. Also it's located next to a shopping mall. The hotel staff are very courteous too.
