Much more better than expected.. Especially Ms.Gege and Mr.Raul at the receiption, Ms.Viola at the restaurant and the housekeeping guys were all excellent!! I really appreciate their kind hospitality and friendship, and be sure that you are going to feel yourself at home.

It's the closest "classy" place near my house in DIP1, so I go there a few times a week. "The Neighbourhood" bar is great to chill out after a long day, and also the pool bar called "Sobo". They also have movie nights. Like all Marriot Hotels, it has it's own class and lovely feel. The staff is super friendly and always say hello even if they are not serving you.

I have to say that this hotel has improved so much over the 10 or so years that I've been a patron. Great for just a night out for local residents - or longer with well presented rooms. Excellent management team too.

It's a little out of the old center of Dubai but perfect for new Dubai and Dubai World Central & Dubai 2020.

Nice place for business meetings. Wonderful ball rooms for business n family events.
Good restaurants.
Rooms for accommodation.
Swimming pool for children n adults.
Beautiful lobby area for visitors n guests.
Easy access from Jabel Ali n Yalayis n for all Dubai Investments requirement.
Cost is very competitive for everything.
Staff is very friendly n supportive.
Professional staff for outdoor catering n event arrangements.

Very good hotel in a nice location just by the "Lake", interesting Venice style architecture, nice rooms with balcony and the view, but the best experience of this hotel is the breakfast with specail attention and care by Gege, the nicest waitress I have ever met.

Lovely place! In the middle of literally nowhere!! it's like a sigh of relief to find something good in this area. There is a lake inside and quite a few restaurants with sitting available inside and outside both! Peaceful and beautiful! It's got a Choithrams as well on the side and a few other shops as well apart from the restaurants and coffee shops.

It has a rating of a 4 star hotel but the luxury they have matches lot more of a 5 star hotel with amazing views, luxurious services, ample parking space, free fast WiFi, a mouthwatering restaurant to dine in with drinks 24*7 running.
The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and goes out of the way to help you make ur stay comfortable at there resort. Would recommend it strongly.

Since a new management took over, Marriot Green Community feels as died hotel. No proper food, no ambiance. It is sad. We were dine 3 time a week in the hotel since 2004. Our advice to employ italian cheif for italian restaurant. And keep original tradition of Marriot Green Community. I dont advice to visit restorats.

Front Desk Supervisor/Mgr. Mr. Quintas was very helpful and accommodating when me and my boyfriend did the check in. We were celebrating monthsary and he even made our stay special. after swimming we went back to room and found a small swan romantic set up on our bed. HE helped me to surprise my boyfriend in a way and I really appreciate that. We liked the place actually it is one of my favorit hotel since it is quiet, serene and clean. One of the guy hk staff was so polite and he made sure to deliver our request with a smile. there was quite a delay with breakfast however it was fine since food was good and they gave us more add ons for breakfast and my bf as a head chef of a hotel appreciated it. we are coming back soon to stay once again. and I appreciate every small detail of my preferences as whenever I come they always know I wanted a room with a lake view.

Great place to unwind. Friendly staff. Outdoor seating available. Separate smoking area. Good menu. Drinks are slightly expensive, but has a good wine menu.

We love it as its like being at home for us. Rooms are of a reasonable size and it's priced fairly. The food is good and there's handy shopping close by. Importantly the staff is friendly and the service is good.

Average hotel, average stay. The rooms are very well maintaned and well presented overall. However, improvements can be made by first offering better value for what you get and including breakfast services. WiFi is very good. Rooms are at decent sizes. Beds are very good and the bathroom was okay. Staff seems to be very friendly so that is a plus.

I have been here a few time for business lunch at Cucina. There is a small selection of food but good quality. Their pizza's are freshly made right in front of you and that's my personal fave dish to have when ever I visit.

Has the standard Courtyard appearance. Plenty of parking right out front. Grocery store right next door also.

For tourists, I would say this place is too far from the main attractions Dubai has to offer. Uber and Taxi are plenty, but due to the roads, it can take up to half an hour to get downtown.

For Expats, this place is great and usually less than anything on Sheik Zayed for the quality Courtyard offers.

Had lunch at the new restaurant and pub called 'Neighborhood' at the Courtyard Marriott. Great service, great food and great location overlooking the lake. The weather was perfect. Recommended.

Man is this place as classy as they come.

A totally pointless review since this place is beyond plebes like me. Our company had a corporate event here and I was blown away by the ambiance and service.

The rooms provided are very well presented and has a person in charge at your behest to cater to your needs. The wifi is fast and reliable.

The coffee break snacks were great and if you step out to take a smoke if you're in to that, you'd have a great vista to gaze at and if you look down below, the pool is there and has even better views, if you know what I mean. 😉

All in all, great place to held events and gatherings.
