This place is so clean , they have valet parking , the location is great you can take a walk by the river and enjoy the restaurants their in the area
We checked out late but they didn’t even call or bothered us , the costumer service is great , the rooms are nice

I personally wouldn’t call this hotel 5 star luxury as it’s getting dated and in need of a refresh. The staff however, make up for this. They are genuinely helpful and want to make your stay memorable. The room was enormous and clean. A minor point, the bar fridge didn’t work and the decor is very uninspired. The food is okay!

Very nice and elegant place,
The buffet was good, sea food was the best choice! Especially the sea food salad 🥗 was yummy 😋.
Pastas were also good 👍. Chicken and meat was not that much unfortunately..
Desserts were so worthy to try 😍❤

My stay there was fantastic.
The hotel's interior was lovely, and it also had a fantastic view.
My favorite spot was by the pool.
The hotel staff were quite pleasant and accommodating.
It's not far from the marina mall, and there are two supermarkets nearby.

Stayed here for a two week business trip. The room I had was at the end, so was quite. The room is a standard size room with everything required for a comfortable stay. The WiFi single within the whole hotel is perfect with no issues, only slow during peak times. The hotel has many amenities, but I only ventured as far as the gym and pool. The views from the pool on the 11th floor are nice, as for the pool, it's very clean and the perfect temperature. There is also a jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful and nice. The only thing which requires improvement would be the breakfast. The menu stays the same and does not change much. The hotel is not far major attractions so is suited for both business and tourist needs. The location of the hotel in the area of JLT does have everything you need, from a tailor shop to grocery store. Overall excellent hotel and location.

The rooms are quite small, not much space. Location is fantastic. Atmosphere is great. Breakfast table, fantasticsoo many options. I remember the supervisor was very accommodating, she had the kitchen staff remove seeds out of seeded grapes for my toddler. And gave instructions that the kitchen does that for him throughout our entire stay. That made me really happy. The concierge could be better and more friendly. The lobby is good for pictures. Overall, stay was good.

Excellent hotel to stay if you are coming for business. Very clean with good amenities. The area has shops that provides all the services needed. I would recommend it for business not tourism as there are no tourism attractions close by.

Good location near nice restaurants and shops. A little off the beaten track in terms of tourist areas which is a good thing. Subway is a 5 minute walk and it takes you everywhere is Dubai. You can’t sunbathe by the pool as it is in the building in an outside terrace.

Amazing place to stay. Staff is very courteous and will pamper you like a small kid. They know how to woo a customer if the mess up.. Goodies!!! 😍 Spacious room, bathroom was the best. Bathtub comfortable enough for couple😋
Best outdoor pool and amazing jacuzzi. Pool temperature always maintained that we could enjoy it even late at night. Calm and peaceful surrounding. Good for peace lovers.
Not enough food options around though but can manage on KFC and pizzahut. Can try Pakistani restaurants around the lake.

Very nice (appartment) hotel. Situated near Dubai Marina. Food is excellent and fresh. They have different buffet all day long and you can order from the kitchen right into your room. Workout and pool/jacuzzi situated on 11th floor wit a nice panoramic view over the neighbourhood. Supermarket and restaurants right down the street. Metro station within 5min walk. Dubai Marina Mall within 15min walk or by tram

Top notch place. Operates as apartments and has an indoor glass-by the-edge pool.
It's located close to the metro and is accessible by taxi. It has supermarket and restaurants close by.
Great staff, although fridge and washing machine malfunction was experienced, which was eventually fixed.
Altogether, not bad at all.

Great service and friendly staff. The hotel is located within a walking distance of a mall and metro station. I enjoyed spacious rooms, great views, delicious food, fast, free and reliable WiFi. Bonnington will always be my place of choice in Dubai

Upscale Hotel in the Jumeirah Lakes district. Location is 40 mins from the Airport by Metro which is the most convenient however given that fuel is cheap taking a cab or taxi is just as convenient but traffic might get busy during peak periods. Check in was quick and easy, rooms are comfortable and are adequately provided for. Restaurants are in close proximity to the hotel and it’s pretty easy to get around to the nearby beach, malls and activities including travel to Abhu Dabhi.

Quit ok. But there is always "something missing" due to service quality -- missing hangers, missing slippers, broken washing machine, forgotten appointment for cleaning the appartment, false fire alarms late in the evening etc. Accoirding to its 5 Star Ranking it is not worth the price. I was disappointed.

Very friendly helpful staff.
Apartment was comfortable and well equipped although instructions for some of the appliances would have been good.
Also a welcome pack with local info and opening times of restaraunt, bar pool etc.
Location was ideal for marina and local transport.
Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Excellent care given to guests, friendly helpful staff. Not the most fun for kids as nothing to do except the 1 pool which the kids used. Food is pricey so we shopped at the spinney supermarket within the cluster and ordered food. Rooms were very comfy, I had a nice spacious room and I upgraded my mom's room to a suite and both were big rooms. Though the hotel is away from the action, they do provide a shuttle that goes to the main malls and the beach.

If your gonna come to Dubai don't come here trust me on it me and my family got the worst experience here, we had a faulty freezer and a faulty dishwasher, we reported this several times but they kept breaking and when we went out to dinner we came back to see the front of our room flooded when we went in I saw that the water pipe broke and the floor was flooded, my sister's laptop charger was damaged and may laptop charger may or may not be broken. The internet was also very unreliable and the TV was acting up because when you turn it on it turns back off and when you turn it off it turns back on which I find rather odd. And the showers, their design does not make any sense because when you shower it is impossible not to get water on the floor, their is a piece of glass but it only covers less than half of the bath and you can't put curtains up cause there is nothing to hang it on so when you take your shower you will always get the floor wet and their isn't that much hot water to use so the water is mostly Lukewarm

Great place to stay. I have stayed two nights in the paradise its nice place people are so cooperative. I have amused my stay really and amused every minute in the vacation. Check in / check out is super fast. The breakfast is so delicious and the staff is so hospitable.

The hotel located in Jumeira Lakes Tower, cluster J, easy access to the hotel with free verified valet parking, i was there on a one night business stay, my meeting was on The address Marina, but i chose to stay at bonnington which is around 10 minutes drive away to avoid all the crowd and traffic in the marina, The room size was decent the interior was nice & Cozy, the washroom has a shower, Bath, 2 sinks & WC, what i loved the most is the small interior details used which gives the hotel a unique theme, The room is smart automated through a small device next to the best which allows you to control the AC * Lights. Highly recommended.

Good hotel, but have thieves in housekeeping, my husband mistakenly left his diamond ring out, when we left and returned, the ring was gone. We usually put our items in the security safe, but we were rushing and he forgot, still doesn't make it right for someone to steal. Preferably didn't like that the hotel management who tried to blame us for the ring being stolen and would not acknowledge the fact that they had a thief in their housekeeping Department, that was never addressed. To us it was like they're saying to us that they trust their staff completely just because they couldn't find the ring, and because they did a complete complete investigation doesn't mean that they didn't take it. Management made us feel like crap, they didn't even try to accommodate us with this unfortunate incident. Terrible experience, first time in Dubai. We will come back to Dubai but will not stay in this hotel.nor recommend it.
