  A gated villa cluster with Community swimming pool. There are bigger villas offering Golf Course views.

  I first visited in April last year and everything was top notch, from the meet & greet to the changing rooms buggies driving range and the course. I am afraid to say this wasn't the case on my return. All of the above was very much 'second rate on my visit in December and did not warrant a green fee in excess of £100.00

  This not community is just villas, security is useless as they don't check enough on people entering and they don't care at all if you exiting the compound.
  
  No facilities, may be swimming pools in some cluster.
  
  Quality of building A/C and others material is the worst in Dubai, I think you will suffer a lot if you decide to move into Damac Hills.
  
  Maintenance and support from compound management is terrible simply no respond at all.
  
  It will take them ages to realize and understand what does it mean to build a community.
  
  It will be unfair to compare them with Emmar or DP.
