  It's my second time to stay here!
  it's a very nice hotel with a good location
  Staff is great with an amazing smile all the time so helpful when you ask anything (doorman - bellman - receptionists - housekeeping)
  Breakfast is delicious with huge variety and will trained restaurant staff.
  Mr. Medhat GM is great manager. Mr. Waseem FOM as well
  Mr. George Mulhem is amazing helpful man. ask about him if you need or face anything
  As a hotelier I recommend Byblos Capitol Hotel to anyone intend to visit Dubai

  Loudest hotel I have ever been. Two Night Clubs at ground level. Carpets are stained.Giant stains that could be the result of spilling 100 liters of oil. There are "no smoking" signs but the ashtray on my room and the smell indicate that these signs are more likely an suggestion.
