Hotel Ibis Al Rigga Dubai is highly recommended. The place is very near to all. Restaurants, shopping center, pharmacy and other. The staffs are kind, approachable, friendly. The room is small but so cute and very relaxing. Bathroom is clean. The gym is great. The food is very delicious. Every friday they serve a dinner buffet with Filipino Dishes. Kudos to the staffs and management of this hotel. I would definitely come here every week. This serves as my second home. Thank you

The experience was absolutely amazing. The food was superb. Filipino cuisine every Friday is tasty (especially the leche flan). The ambiance is comfortable. The staffs were very friendly and approachable. I would like to commend Mohammad(is cool) for a very professional and very accommodating for all our request. Highly recommended this place!

I have always loved Ibis hotel. Their room decor is amazing and cleanliness is top notch. Also, I enjoy the buffet breakfast so much that I always keep coming back The deserts table could be improved, it use to be vast but I guess it's the world economy downing on them. Great place to stay on a budget too. The staff too especially SANI at the restaurant was very kind.

After staying three nights, the standout of this stay was the exceptional staff. From the reception staff to the security guards and kitchen hands, all staff treat guests with respect and solve any issues encountered. The hotel is in an ideal location as it is a short drive from DXB airport and walking distance to the metro station. However, the rooms are very dated and the surrounding area resembles a slum. However for the the price offered, I recommend a stay.

Rooms were neatly maintained and the requirements for the stay was very well taken care of by the team.

Breakfast spread was great They had everything and constantly restocked items.

Located it in a shopping hub where one can find cheap clothings and shoes.

Almost all the attractions were only 10 min from the hotel.

People in the reception were polite and friendly. They always helped us with the things we needed.

Don't expect lavish, vast rooms. Rooms are tiny and enough for two people if you're booking this hotel only to get ready in the morning and sleep peacefully in the night. If you're someone staying in the hotel for 3 days continuously, that's not recommended.

Comfortable room, Bathroom was small, Location is ideal for transit passengers from Airport. Good eateries at walkable distance. Metro station is at 5mins walk from the hotel. Metro to Downtown takes only 30mins.

Clean and efficient hotel. Convenient access to Metro. Courteous staff. Many restaurants within walking distance including Lebanese and Syrian cuisines with fresh cook.

Location very close to metro. Good rooms. Good breakfast. Reception took my phone to rate the hotel 5/5 without asking. Some of the staff are not nice.

1.Very good staff.
2.Breakfast is good
But main courses for lunch or dinner
Are. not to the standard. Fish is awful (in a country where fish is in plenty) accept for the frozen salmon.
3.IN THE ROOMS furniture is old carpets as well so you can compare with other Ibis Hotels.

I really appreciate the hospitality of your receptionists. .We take the smoking room and I really amazed about the smell of the room. It seemed like not smoking room..room was cleaned and satisfied of our resting night..keep up the good work. .and rate is affordable. .

I liked your bedding and room are really nice. the hotel is so near to shoppings and taxis are always available. I tried accessing gym area but I wasn't able. I found it locked . Staffs are so well trained and respect guests. Hope to come back soon.

My experience is going of very well I am giving you 50% out of 100 marks.
water is not enough in the rooms, must be four small or 1 large bottle.
wash rooms are to narrow.
but your breakfast service are very well and really I like that and especially protocol of your staff for guest are very good.
Towels are very small, its not enough to dry your body after shower.
But my over all stay is very well.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I think I will be staying in this hotel whenever I will visit Dubai. Keeping my comfort and services that I received in this hotel I have recommended to many of my friends and colleague. Being a member of the ibis club I am again refuse to get reward points due to my booking through my travel agent. What else I have means to book the hotel except through my agent who books my flight, who cares my comfort in travel and whom I discuss my travel plan. I explained the condition by the staff in a well-mannered way but this condition does not suit to my satisfaction. Around the globe travel agent look for better deal for their client and if you ignore the importance of travel agent and do not accommodate guest check-in through travel agent or airline, there are several hotels offering better deals to travel agent business. I like to stay 100 nights a year still I cant be the member of the ibis reward program.

The location of the hotel is very accessible with the metro station just a walking distance and the supermarket right outside. We stayed here for one night and we definitely felt recharge the next day! Thumbs up and thank you very much to the reception team for there assistance and for making us feel welcome. A special mention to housekeeping for offering to press our clothes. We would definitely come back..
