Everything that you would have expected from an Oberoi property you will find here except for friendliness which was a surprise by itself because the owners pride for this . I hope that was a one off case which happened to us flying all the way to Dubai from Bkk for the New Year's with 2 family of young children. Would I stay there again..NO

Luxurious Hotel in Dubai. They offer me a spa room for refreshment prior to my late flight for free which was great. Great location . Professional and friendly staff. Specious rooms with excellent design.

It was wonderful staying at the oberoi hotel, staff very polite and helpful food delicious. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. To end my holiday I had a facial and massage, it was very relaxing with lovely music.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly. We have had an excellent experience and defiantly we’re coming back to it. The location was excellent.. its really near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The breakfast was tasty with so many options.

An average experience
-) The rooms were spacious
-) The quality of the upkeep of the rooms not upto the exacting standards of The Oberoi Group. Painting on the walls had stains and paint marks.
-) The limousine service offered by the Hotel is run by drivers who do not know the city.
-) While the general service of the hotel staff is competent, the front office staff attitude (cashier) is similar to that of a lesser star property

All in all an average experience, especially considering the high standards that the other properties in India the group boasts of.

Pls be prepared to make a significant effort to Book (it took me 8 calls to the reservations to get to a point where I could pay). On-site pls ensure the services booked are reconfirmed.

Nice hotel with nicely decorated, spacious rooms and extra large and well appointed bathrooms. Service varies from amazing to uninspired and personally, bedsheets don't quite feel five star to me here. Even though probably rather new, the hotel doesn't feel fresh anymore. Good value for money and pleasant interiors though. Certainly with a couple rough edges, but still recommended.

It is a very good hotel with excellent service and good rooms. The public areas are a little disappointing and we found the breakfast a little over-rated. This is a good hotel but competition in Dubai is intense and there are better hotels.

What can I say, you have to experience it yourself. The whole stay was exceptional even before our arrival. Everyone looked after us and serviced us like we were royalty. Location is key, only 10mins away from the dubai mail with a complementary shuttle included. The breakfast is AMAZING!!

I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT & WILL STAY HERE AGAIN.

Last month we were there in Oberoi, Dubai . Two weeks before the check in, we requested connecting suite (2rooms) but on the day of check in,we could not get it. They made us wait for at least 15 minutes. But there was no room left and the rooms we got were small, the view outside was construction works. We were very much disappointed. Their bathrooms were well maintained and the breakfast was good .
