Honestly, the reception staff was friendly and the room was clean. I have got a standard room (Deluxe), the room is already specious. However, bathroom was not clean enough and it is very very small. It is like a Public Restroom! The location is perfect, it is close to the metro station about 2 to 3 minutes by walk. There are a couple of restaurants around the area. I didn’t like the elevator control. It is really annoying. WiFi is free and it is acceptable speed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. All of your staff made me feel very welcome. The rooms are great and the breakfast is a particularly strong feature with a wide variety of food and welcoming faces with good service. The Mezzanine floor and the roof top pool offer welcome relaxation after a hard day's work.

The staff are excellent and so helpful, all of them go out of their way to help and always have a smile. We have laundry collected and delivered every day and we have found Fahad to be the most courteous and outstanding member of staff. The chefs at the egg station/seafood buffet also deserve special mention. We return here next week and are really looking forward to coming back.

Hotel was quite clean and good in terms of helpful management staff. Also the connectivity was good till the hotel and I personally liked the hotel and would recommend staying there to everyone going to dubai. Personally I liked the hotel very much for its rooms specially which were quite spacious and housed all the requirements of one.Hence I will definitely stay in the same hotel on visiting dubai again

Very nice hotel. Room was big and well furnished. Clean. Staff were helpful and very friendly.
We had great views of the city from our window and from the pool.

The negatives were the rooftop bar. It was a little run down and could do with some updating (however it could be amazing).

Very nice Hotel nearby Mall of Dubai. Staff were courteous to us, even helped us to change our room to have a Burf Kalifa facing view. Good spread in breakfast. There is a travel desk as well for your convenience. Rooms are neat and spank clean. Thank you Carlton Downtown to make our stay wonderful.

This is a very good hotel, conveniently located on Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Financial Centre. The staff are exceptionally helpful and a fine breakfast is available every day.

Good Hotel, Courteous Staff, good Location. Elevator selection system irritates when there is crowd. Hotel should offer more Indian Dishes instead of just 2. Shuttle service is very poor - at time the outsourced shuttle does not come at all without intimation and front desk/ concierge do not exercise any coordination with shuttle service. At least the proper information of reaching to hotel through Public Transport should be available-as it is very near to Metro Station. Swimming Pool is too small with odd timings(08:00 to20:00hrs). I could see only 3 restaurants and a Cafe. Toilets are just OK , where as rooms are spacious and very good.

A good place to stay..
Helpful staff,good food,clean & tidy rooms.
Near to metro and most of city attractive places like Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall are hardly few minutes away.
Elevators are too busy most of the time which is the only consequence i find while my stay.

but overall not very clean and old bathrooms (if u need the business centre u should pay for everything!).

It was a wonderful hotel. Spacious room with really helpful staff.Though the food at hotel may not be the up your expectation you have plenty of option to go to a nearby malls as hotel is in downtown. I admire options and advises given at receiption by Prewash!

As the subject stated, i really can't count home many times i stayed in the hotel ( before even they change it from Warwick to Carlton Downtown Hotel), and I believeI tried all the rooms and maybe in all the floors.

I usually book one bedroom flat or as they call it (Premium Room), Huge space with good size sleeping room and big separate living room some of the flat come with separate office room or big dining table. there are two bathrooms, one for the living room and the other with shower in the bedroom.

helpful staff and free WiFi and valet parking. a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around and the metro station is only 2 min walk. and its close to Dubai mall.

the only problem i face in this hotel is the elevators, some times i have to wait for more then 10 min although they are fast and 5 of them.

Nice hotel, staff at always polite and courteous. Stay there so often, I know most of the staff.

Nice restaurant in the hotel as well as plenty of options nearby.

Convenient location on Sheikh Zayed Road close to the metro.

Warwick Dubai is a luxury Hotel situated on Sheikh Zayed Road of Dubai which is heart of Dubai as per location is concerned. 200meters distance to Dubai Metro Station that makes your commute more easy . Just happy with their Breakfast buffet nothing special or extraordinary. Lifts are old takes long-time for a hotel that has got 40 odd floors need to have better lifts.

I was visiting Dubai for a exhibition at the trade center, location is very convenient. Subway isn't too far. Food options and pharmacy close by. Breakfast is good and so is the staff. Facility definitely needs upgradation. Sofa in our unit was broken. Bathrooms are extremely tiny. I would look at other options before bookingagain.

Rooms were decent, breakfast was good. The had a universal outlet in the room, which was nice bc I forgot an adaptor. Took a long time to get an elevator, and the lobby smelled really strongly of perfume.

Its clean, comfortable room, the hotel style is good, and perfect location.

When we arrived the staff said that they will take the bags to the room then they said that its up there, when we went to the room we surprised that no bags ! and two phones in the room are not working ! So we went down to tell them about our bags ! and the elevators are very slow and busy so 10 min to go down and 10 min to go back to the room !!
