i requested to them my passport is expired, let me travel to my home town but all office at there said Nooo you cant go. (mean they are asking money other language) but i went Emirates Airline office they helped me and said go by our airline.- Mean Pak Consulate did not help me and others done it.
I visited today for passport renewal. Overall experience was really good. People were great. Whole process took just 15 minutes.
All negative reviews are BS. People just don't bother to read website and follow guidelines.
Took 3 hours from 8am - 11:00am to get a NICOP registered for a new born baby. It is too much time and the service needs to be faster.
The building has poor facilities for families and no assistance for ladies. The staff is unprofessional and rude. They need to improve their facilities and staff behavior.
Also the appointment system to book online on website does not work.
Commendable services being provided by the staff of Pakistan Consulate in Dubai. I called the consulate for a personal matter , keeping in mind that the i would receive the same attitude by the staff and the telephone would keep on ringing with the back ground music, with no one to answer; but to my astonishment i was guided to the operator who solved my problem by explaining and guiding me what to do in a very nice and professional way. Bravo Pakistan Consulate and its staff, Please keep up the good work!!
Is there anything less than 1 star? There is a place called worst then there is another place called worst worst then there is something more which is CGP. No management, no one to guide unless you are a female, if you are a male they will go crazy like they are doing favor on you and will ask you to leave if you don't have full documents or visited first time without talking nicely, no one behaves well. No one answers the phone, no one replies to an email. It's was like a government office in a village of Pakistan. Can someone teach them how to talk, how to behave, how to guide people, how to work? Even the toilets in government offices in Dubai are better than this place. No facility in waiting area. There is something called customer care which they really don't know. Jaahil and gawaars are sitting there.
Very pleasant day at our Consulate General. Helpful and kind staff.
I went with my husband, we took online appointment and had wonderful experience, Mr. Mohammad Saleem from data entry, is very pleasant and helpful person.
Other staff had no smile but they were also working nicely. The only person who were taking pictures, his behaviour was strange, I don't know I should say rude or what? Like he is doing 'Ahsan' to us, not gave in one time all information also about which documents photo copies he needed. He send us two times to make copies.
Building from inside need little repairing.
Hi,Sir please guide me i m here in Dubai and married last year now i m making my baby B Form but Nadra office refuse to make it.
First he said change my marital status change single to married.
Can i change my status here in dubai and which documents are required me here.??????????
The Consulate is entertaining more than an average of 1000 applicants in terms of passport renewal I'd card, visa e.t.c. even with the limited resources and space issues, the officials and officers are doing fantastic job
Proud to be a Pakistani . Nice & fast service very cooperative staff.
Had a really horrible experience in CNIC section.Their manager (dont know his name) a dark ugly looking guy was totally rude. Rest of the people on duty were nice. But only this guy is a stigma on ovwrall consulate people.
I visited Pakistan Embassy today in order to sort some issues regarding my CNIC. On arriving the relevent counter,I was told to meet "The MANAGER RIZWAN".Once I entered the cabin , I was totally surprised by the way he treated me. He was very rude and loud. For everything I asked(totally relevent to CNIC),he replied ( I dont know. Its not my job to have this information) and when I told him that I am going to complain about his behavior he said "chalo Jao jao".But the best part is that my complaint was taken very seriously by the higher officials ( The Counseler and The First secretary)and I was assured that they will take an action. Hopefully, they will follow it through.I am highly greatful to Allah Almighty that we still have honest and responsible people. So its our duty that we should never tolerate misbehaviour by anyone and should report it to higher authorities to identify and eliminate corrupt people who are a source of shame for our country.
Today i went to renew my wife's passport, parked car , took parking ticket at 10:22 am , paid 272dhs. and finished renewal process for 10 years , then paid 30dhs.charges at TCS counter for courrier delivery to ajman and came back to car at 10:50 am to drive back home..!!
Just to add more, guys i took prior appointment (10:25am), And dont forget to inform the guy at the gate of entry about your appointment because he then sends direct to consulate officer at counter 4 to take signature and start process from bank(counter1).
Awesome service, really happy and appreciate the effort the staff at the consulate put in to give this kind of quick service.
Today i go around 10 o clock and it will take only 11 minutes to renew my passport for 10 Years. Fast and excellent customer service. Thanks Pakistan Embassy
Very pathetic service, i went for passport for my new born baby and it was very bad experience. There is one room called 6# where during converaation that public officer asked me to give 16 aed govt fee and once i giv 100 aed he replied very rudly change do y kya darha ho ma yaha bank khol k thori betha ho.. than i ran down stairs and ask change for everyone.
After this when i went for data entry and photo for my baby nicop , i asked the officer y dont u guys arange sepearte que for baby so they dont have to wait in this so he bluntly response computer does not know who is baby and who is adult🙊 During my whole experience i felt that all embassy people doing their job as they are not paid for it from govt and they are doing ahsaan on people by doing their job!!
From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by a long queue outside the creaky revolving metal gate and have to barge your way past several labour camp workers to speak to a security guard handing out paper tickets. The website is barely helpful as it has no opening times, procedure details, or criteria - hence it took 3 visits to get one job done. This place looks like a dilapidated building sectioned off for demolition from the outside, and with filthy walls/floors, a make-shift counter, dodgy seating, and a broken old CRT tv inside, it's probably one of the worst offices in a city known for cleanliness and architectural wonder. Why is it this bad? Even my local barber has a better queue system, and the local newsagents have a better cashing system (than the wooden drawer I saw today at the consulate). In a day and age with cloud computing, why is this place still writing in blue ledgers and using rubber stamps? When even my supermarket is now 24 hours, why does an embassy office have to close at 2pm especially when labour costs in UAE/Pakistan are some of the lowest in the world? And why can't anyone properly explain a process, or at least smile and say I don't know? Customer service is free, there's no economic excuse for that. This place is a dis-service to a truly welcoming nation like Pakistan. It must change.
Every tome I have visited pakistan consulate I have met rude, disrespectpul, ill-qualified people who can do nothing but mere clerical work and treat everyone like unwelcome people. Unfortunately government has done nothing to fix this and there is no hope.
Got the online appointment and was done with the entire passport renewal in 15 minutes! Really impressed with how efficient they have made the entire process! Now only all they need to do is upgrade the interior design. :)
I am a frequent business traveler and have visited many embassies and applied for numerous visas from various countries, I can honestly say that the Pakistan visa process is the most "painful" process. My last visa took 4 visits to the embassy, first to drop application second to be interviewed third to pay for the visa and finally fourth to pick up the visa. The personnel working there are rude and do not tell you what is going on typical of people who have half an ounce of authority they want to ensure that you know that they are in charge, one person even lectured me on manners when I questioned to process. They have implemented an online booking system..forget it as completely irrelevant to when you get there as people will be everywhere. Not good needs to be better
