  I'm supposed to have a flight to Jordan but the airline didn't let me fly coz my visa was issued 2017! The consulate issued me a visa with a wrong date! It was a total inconvenience and waste money for me coz I need to rebook the ticket!!! So disgusting!

  some of staff are loyal for works, but the majority are not some works one hour with a lot of troubles!! plz don't come better.. some of staff trying to help in what you want, but the source of service which is Jordan is sleeping and unhelpful as usual!! Maybe you have to pay here and there!!

  the place is respectful but the staff waste time talking to each othersbut once they get your paper they finish it fast

  Service is very good. Prompt response over phone every single time. But back office activities are extremely slow. I applied for tourist visa and got the visa after more than 4 weeks. I was informed that it went for approval to Jordan office. I had to visit the office 4 times for this because the staff promised me every time that it will be done inshallah!

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much for everything. I just wish there is improvement in online services such as availability of online applications, online following up on status of applications, email customer support, etc.

  Went to Jordan Consulate for tourist visa application. Staff are friendly and professional, from the security guard to the processing-in-charge. Processing is fast and waiting time is minimized. Very happy with the experience.
