  I applied for an Afghan visa here in July 2017. While the application process is a bit complex (much back-and-forth between windows), the staff know what they're doing, they spoke sufficient English, and correctly directed me at each step in the process. The only extra hassle was that I expected to pay for the visa in US dollars but they instead requested UAE dirhams, which meant I had to leave and find an ATM.

  Very quick service, attestations done the same day, electronic passports are usually done withing 5 days and so on.
