  Well, this is the first time for me to write review I on a specific person because I felt the need to do so. I don’t recommend to go this consulate in (Dubai), and I will explain why, and I hope to take an action to improve the service.
  First of all, I’ve been in Australia and seen the manners of the Australian people. They are really nice people and very friendly. You will notice their kindness at the airport before everything. However, what I saw in the consulate in Dubai was completely different and deviates from the Australian characters. I am complaining about a specific person and I have to mention the name (Ms. Ghada Zaroubi). She has a really bad attitude in terms of communication, eye to eye contact and body posture. I felt like she was disgusted at me. I really regret going there and meeting her. I hope to take an action, because I am surprised there are lots of reviews almost similar to mine and it seems that no action was taken!

  Excellent service very fast and friendly I had a couple of papers that where not filled in right the gentleman went throw everything for me and really helped getting it all right Proud to be a Aussie.

  Worst Place i ve seen in my life. Third class service and attitude of staff working..The Officer left her seat while i was talking because she was not able to justify what she was saying.. Very Poor response and Highly disappointing and not worth visiting again. Thank you.

  Worst systems, long delays, they asked me to provide them with health cover and they are considering to grant the Visa. I gave them straight away even after 2 weeks they haven't got back to me. Not impressed with their process and service.
