  لا حد بيساعد ولا حد فاهم اشي اساسا, ولارد على التيليفونات ولا احترام ولا سخام اللي يلطهم لو يسكروها اشرف

  معاملة سيئه و تأخير في تجديد الجوازات اكثر من شهر . و مواعيد العمل سيء . ارجو تحسين الخدمات و التلفونات طبعا ما حد يرد

  سيء للغاية و العاملين بالقنصلية غير محترمين بالتعامل مع العميل و عدم ادراك لشروط تجديد الجوازات و لا مبلاة في تطبيق قوانين القنصليه من حيث عدم استخدام الهاتف كما ان العاملين لا يلتزموا بمواعيد العمل
  
  اذا ما بدهم يشتغلوا فنشوهم و جيبوا غيرهم

  It's really bad, Ive never seen something more worse than this body.
  First of all, their duty as mentioned in their website is from 8 to 2. However, when I went their they attached a small white paper on their main entrance that their duty is from 8.30 to 12.30 !
  Second, Even though we waited until 8.30 to access the consulate, again we waited more than an hour for the first person to be served. By the way I'm typing this review right now in the consulate while I'm waiting their bad service.
  
  I hope this review will be delivered to whom it may concern for action. People are busy and don't have time such kind of work.
