From the moment we arrived, to the moment checking out, the staff were wonderful including Sameh and another female staff member whom I think was a manager! Canada is known for polite service, and hospitality; but these staff members truly felt like home. We previously wanted to stay for three days, but because we loved the service and care provided from here, we stayed for the rest of our trip in Dubai. The WIFI is free and fast, included at no extra cost. The hotel is conveniently by the metro, close to dubai mall, and has countless restaurants nearby walking distance. It is also near a mosque and supermarket for use of the kitchen! The room was exquisitely clean and maintained, views are astonishing from the higher floors, and overall, a 5 star experience. Thank you Al Salam Hotel and staff members!

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is fine, not upper class like others, but caters for all your needs. Currently enjoying my stay in the apartments.

Had couple of issues upon checking in with the cleanliness of the apartment but the duty manager, Mr. David Lewis Zaky did everything possible to make our experience a memorable one. Thank you David and the rest of the team👍🏼

For couples not good choice .. Affordable for families w children w good location but if someone looking for some luxury ..no not the good choice ..miss enough maintanance and the furniture are old .

Every October I go for 10 days to Dubai for a conference. This is my second and last year that I would stay at this hotel. They are the worst. Internet connection is the worst. You ask for extra card they give you hard time. You ask for adaptor they say we can only give you one. I hated the place. Last year they were kinda of okay but this year. Unbelievable. When you book their room they will tell you that its free wireless internet. When you come in they tell you only in the lobby for your room you have to pay.

The hotel is located one stop on the metro from Dubai mall. It is clean with large rooms. We had a great view and have stayed here several times when visiting Dubai.

A minute's walk from the nearest metro station, this modern hotel in a building with a glass facade lies 3 km from Jumeirah Beach and 4 km from the Burj Khalifa tower.
The bright, airy apartments feature free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as kitchens and dining areas. All include sofabeds and panoramic sea views. Room service is available.

It's a good place to stay, service and other things ain't bad either. Malls are close by the hotel, such as dubai mall and other places you'd love to visit. Taxi service is always there, got metros as in trains in other words. One of the good thing is that there are 24/7 restaurants just near you. I've stayed here that's why I have shared my experience, the hotel pool is good as well, as of now the spa in under construction, the hotel also has a steam room and a sauna near the pool side. It's pretty good though. Had a great stay and enjoyed !

In very good location, helpful staff. As any other hotels there are minor things you don't like if you keep searching! But in general, it is good but don't expect it will be super WOW!

Great hotel!! Magnificent view from 48th floor! Spacious appartement. Furniture is a bit outdated, but will be renovated this summer. Good location near Dubai mall and metro. Great swimming pool!

I only visited my brother's friend there. The Apt. Is on a high Floor, super great view on burj khalifa & the city. The apts. , Lobby & Elevators looks of good quality & finishing. The area is nice & lies in the heart of Dubai. No Idea about the room rates, very recommended for a stay in Dubai.

Great ambience and no less than a 5 star experience.
Very courteous and helpfull staff, clean rooms, (Dubai panaromic view from the 47th floor, just heavenly) great breakfast too.
