It's has basic, no frills rooms and good if you're looking for a real budget option. If you don't get the best deal on price, take another hotel which could give better service.

It's a nice hotel. There is a mall opposite so we used to have our meals there. The breakfast was included in our package and it was quite decent too. All in all if you want to stay in a good hotel which is not extremely expensive would definitely recommend. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The loos are nice and clean. The one thing lacking is a bellhop so don't expect someone to help you take your luggage to your room. Otherwise full aces.

Great location, near to metro 200 meter ,in front of deira city center mall , nice heated pool , nice food , although rooms are too small and no safety box inside room but still comfortable , simple and clean , service is perfect.
But laundry delayed the cloth .

My experience with this hotel was not good. I stayed in August 2017 for 1 week. Found bed bugs in my room. Wasn't sure for first 2 days so didn't complaint. Later got lots of rashes and checked with doctor then only got to know. Initially staff didn't respond but later they changed my room. Manager tried to make my remaining stay comfortable.
Other than this, location is good. Near to Deira city centre and metro station.

The room was stale. Washroom was clean. The water kettle was filthy. When I called to request assistance no one answered the phone. Check-in and check-out was quick. No shuttle service to airport. Taxi costs AED 20 to airport from the hotel. Hotel is opposite Deira City Center Mall. Good location close to Metro station that is only 2to3 stops from airport terminals 1 & 3. Metro costs AED 3 to/from airport to hotel each way. Lots of good restaurants around hotel and in the Mall opposite. Good for a overnight or very short stay.

Advantages:
- Clean and quiet.
- very good location in front off deira city center.

Disadvantages:
- room and toilet are small.
- no bathtub
- windows glass not clean so no cleare view.
- housekeeping needs training to be faster.
- restaurant staff needs to be faster and greater in numbers.

Hotel location is very good near to Deira city centre shooping centre and metro line. It is convenient if you want to eat outside hotel. The hotel is average rating with plenty of car parks. The cleanes is average and breakfast is basic.

Refused entry as my passport and Emirates ID was being renewed. I had paper and electronic copy but they said this was not acceptable. I have stayed in 6 different hotels this month by providing electronic copy no problem. Shocking attitude from front desk manageress.

This Ibis Hotel exceeded my expectations in many respects. It was one of the accommodations we used for our family holiday in August 2017. Prior to our arrival, I entertained fears that our request for connecting rooms would not be met. Upon arrival, check-in was efficient and our rooms requirement was met. We stayed 12 nights here. The staff were friendly and professional; from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping to security. The whole team is absolutely turned on.
The free internet service was excellent and definitely trumped what was provided in our earlier 5-star accommodation where we spent 6 nights prior. The hotel also provided a bus service to Al Mamzar Beach and Park which was quite a delight. Do take note that access to this beach is exclusive to ladies on Mondays and Wednesdays.
It's settled that I will surely be staying at this hotel when I next visit Dubai.

Great value. For a solo business traveler, it was very convenient to/from airport and the buffet breakfast provided a good start to each day. Don't expect fancy rooms, or amenities but it is clean and new enough.

Location is good. Right by the metro and very convenient for the airport. Would recommend for a short stay in Dubai. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The elevators are terrible though.

Its OK, with good prices Don't expect anything fancy Internet is good and its 7/10 clean..

Small fridge, TV, cattle, hair dryer, shampoo and chair with a small disk are available inside the room.

No safe inside the rooms, no toothbrush, no toothpaste available in the toilet.

Staff trying to be nice but about 6/10. Overall for the good price will try it again.

Being located close to the mall it's very convenient to hang out or shop.rooms very clean house keeping staff available in the corridors most of the time so fresh towels or water requests are taken care of immediately..excellent food and servicestaff smiling, helpful and welcomingreasonably pricedloved my Dbx Ibis experience..

So much value!
- Cozy, quiet, discreet and free high speed wifi every where.
- Staff: are friendly and helpful. They helped me scan some documents free of charge.
- It doesn't seem like a 2star hotel. Only you don't get toothpaste which is fine. Nice showers, btw.
- Close to metro
- Next to a huge mall.
