The receptionist (Ms. Tran Nguyen) was outstanding and extremely welcoming. Her attitude was so friendly.
The team as a whole was so nice with a big smile on the face.
I really enjoyed my stay.

Been for brunch before. Gone down hill from last visit. Tables were not cleared timely. Slow service. A friend was sold a special voucher for discount on next visit. Only found out it was only valid for dinner after specialty being told it could be used for the brunch. Had to clear my own plate to another empty table more than once during the brunch. Don’t think I’ll be back. Thanks.

Great hotel, lovely rooms and facilities. Totally incredible food. Spa is fantastic, treatments are some of the best I've ever had. My only single criticism is the efficiency of the waiting staff. There is no chance of ever getting tipsy!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Movenpick Hotel, Jumeirah Beach, everybody could not have been more polite and helpful,very efficient. Food was extremely good and the service excellent.
Our room was comfortable and clean, the decor was attractive and pleasing.
Unfortunately the water in the pool was cold due to a technical fault but we still had an enjoyable swim.
We look forward to returning again.

Generally outstanding service all over. A misunderstanding concerning the meals we were entitled to did complicate our visits to the restaurant the first couple of days. The buffet food is great. Some waiting time for the lifts. Unfortunately, the pool area is in the shade most of the day due to neighbouring high rise buildings. Very nice beach and excellent beach service provided by the hotel. However the distance to the beach is not 100m as advertised but rather 300m. Also the sea view from the pool area is about to be obscured by a new building under construction between the hotel and the beach. This may influence our decision to return another time as guests.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of JBR where you can find all sort of restaurants and just few minutes away from the beach. Smiling and polite members of staff, great service.
The view from the room was perfect even though there was a construction site just about to rise that will soon cover the wonderful sea view.
Unfortunately the swimming pool area is cover from the shadow for most of the day so we were not able to enjoy it that much.
I would suggest to update to executive room to have access to the lounge where you can have a breakfast with a view!!

We spent a very enjoyable four nights at the hotel. Well situated, and staffed with efficient and friendly employees, there are very few negatives. The food served in Talk, the buffet restaurant is imaginative and well presented. The rooms are clean and well maintained with comfortable beds. Special mention to Tran on reception, whose lovely manner and smile were a highlight amongst the excellent staff.

The food is very varied and tasty and the breakfast is extremely plentiful.
We feel very comfortable in the hotel.

I liked the breakfast buffet there. It doesn't cost much. You enjoy your food & the staff fills your cup with tea or coffee all the time. It is the main restaurant but it is quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast reading a new book & never felt disturbed. Staff is friendly, polite & helpful.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff were attentive, polite and friendly — especially Mustafa, who helped us plan two worthwhile excursions while we were there.

Breakfast was lovely. Room and bathroom was clean. Would have been nice to have an iron in the room and extra bed set up before our arrival but otherwise no complaints at all.

Exceeded my expectations. Food is perfect as is the whole experience. The outdoor pool is heated 😋and it's 2min from the beach.. Great time for a Christmas break.

The staff are exceptional very rare to find such beautiful people these day. I hope they get the credit for the amount of effort they put in to make everyone feel so at home

It is wonderfully located 5 star property with cheerful staff. They have good meeting rooms and banquet place. Lobby is well lighted and busy. Rooms are good but light is low. Baths are great.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. It is located close to the beach (approx. 3 minutes, there is also a beach kit provided for guests (towel, umbrella, folding cushion with support). The staff were friendly and helpful. Who half board as we must pay extra for the drinks at dinner, a thick minus point for an otherwise great stay. Dubai and the Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach can only be recommended

Had a wonderful 5 night stay in the Movenpick hotel
I have never been to Dubai before and was very taken with this hotel
On arrival ŵe were greeted with a drink while ŵe waited for our room
Our bags where take up to our room by Lila who was very polite and helpful.
I found all the staff very polite. Ŵe we're given an executive room which had the most amazing view of the beach and the Palm
The food was to die for and a very good choice
I would certainly recommend this hotel and would come agains

The Movenpick hotel is one of the best hotels I have had the opportunity to stay at. The staff were professional and courteous, the rooms were comfortable and fairly roomy, and the restaurants within the hotel were fairly nice. The breakfast spread each morning was fantastic. I'll admit I may have eaten a little more than my fair share because the food was delicious, filling, and was a nice variety of foods from around the world. All in all, I am hoping to be able to stay there again.

Great hotel. Comfortable stay. Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean rooms. JBR can get heavy with traffic in the evening and a little noisy, but it's a perfect place for those who enjoy night life and closeness to the beach.

Nice and cozy! The registration guys are a little bit confusing but overall its a good place to stay if you want to enjoy the beach more than the city. Should be more accessories and some free stuff in the mini bar compared to the high prices. I like it but I've been in better hotels with same prices. Some flowers for decoration would be nice not only in pictures! Breakfast add-on prices are extremely high! Talk a walk and enjoy breakfast in the marina walk!

Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast was up to level. Live music sometimes in the lunch and dinner times. Otherwise it's as good as most of the other around hotels. One positive thing I forgot to say : it's cheaper 👍

The place is a building site (see attached photo) with works going on 24/7. The noise from the construction is unbearable. This is not a 5 star hotel. It is easily the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to visit. We stayed between Xmas and New Year and moved to another hotel at our own expense. I have complained to the Dubai authorities and am taking legal action to recover the full cost of the holiday. The fact that this is a Swiss company that thinks it can deceive people in this way makes it even more outrageous. The people that have given this hotel top marks have either been bought off or are from another planet. You have been warned!

I stayed here for a weekend and the customer service was absolutely terrible from beginning of stay to end at checkout. The hotel boasts amenities that are far below standards for a 5 star hotel and do not honor the requests of paying customers who unfortunately pay high prices for very tiny accommodations. The receptionists do a terrible job in both explaining the benefits of the hotel as well as her markedly low tone of voice which makes it difficult to understand what is being said. This was by far my worst experience in any hotel in the entire country. If you stay here please be certain that you understand what can be purchased with the vouchers which they already charge you for and be prepared for long wait times just to speak to front desk much less to get room service. At no time was just one phone call sufficient to get any type of service.
