ENT Dr, Sami al assi is the worst dr ever, he did nasal septum deviation surgery ro me, and after 7 days of suffering and nearly 1 month to full recovery i don't feel any progress and still have the same semptoms , i strongrly not recommending him

Poor customer service,
Impolite doctors and careless staff, don't expect to see doctor on time even if you come 20 minutes prior to your appointment you'll miss it.
Visiting their clinics is just a waste of time & money.
I don't recommend their dentists, go to a cheaper dental clinic in UAE and you'll find it better and more professional than this hospital.

Waiting for more than 1 and half hour to see the doctor Sajeev . plus thier parking is a nightmare if you park in basment 1 you will get out in one hour . only basment 2 has access . I did not feel that this hospital in Dubai . comparing with the others . its not even belong to earth . maybe it is hunted . God knows

All.is food except very bad experience with a Neuro Sergun" names. MOHAMMAD nooruldeen".
Consider this a free advice from a patient who gone through two lower back operations in one month.
No empathy , arrogant. Negative body language. And does not allow u to speak .
Surely I will not go.to this hospital again.

Worst hospital in Dubai and never recommend anyone to visit especially for emergency. GP asked me 50 questions when I went there with 39 degree fever. Did blood test and chest x-ray immediately and also advised few more tests like blood culture and all. And he said he cannot prescribe any medicine other than panadol as he is not a specialist. Advised to get admitted and meet the specialist next morning. We asked the details of the doctor whom I am referred to and they said he is a neurologist. First time in my life hearing to see neurologist for Viral fever. When I refused to get admitted the GP was literally upset and threw the documents on my treatment bed and prescribed for Panadol. This is not a hospital to serve but just a business and doctors aim more commission. Not ethical at all.

There is a lot of parking space in the basement, ver clean and not crowded so you don't have to stay for long time to get your medicine which is a huge plus for this hospital. On my opinion, I think this hospital is the second best hospital in Dubai after American Hospital. And I have to thank Dr. Hinah Altaf "Specialist Dermatology" since she was really professional.

I always skipped this Hospital because I thought parking is a problem in this area. Last time I visited due to some emergency.guys there is huge parking in the basement designated for the hospital patients.

The good thing is that they have Pakistani and Indian Doctors available all the time. (I prefer Hindi / Urdu speaking doctors)

We have tried the emergency department and we did not like it , my two years old son was sick and he was treated by general doctor in the ER not a pediatrician . The general doctor is rarely understands kids and knows how to treat them so don’t expect much if you are going to the ER department .

As for the other departments , some doctors are good and other doctors are not . One of the biggest issues in my opinion is, the doctors have the patient history in the system but some of them don’t bother reading it and see what other medicines might be written by other doctors conflict with their medicines . They do not diagnose and fix the root issue, they hear symptoms and write 1000 AED medicines to deal with those symptoms

I met dr.maki ( I believe that he is not doctor ) in this hospital few weeks ago. One of the worst doctors one can ever meet. When I explained him what I had , he said ok , we will do mri ct blood test to check whats problem .
after many hours of waiting, and after all that he could not do diagnosis or treat me .
i think this person is poor educated and dishonest .

Extremly bad .. serv sux staff are very unfriendly .. im a 9 months pregnant and last nite got pain and the nearest hospital to my place was this one so i had to go there for emergency not delivery.. they refused me to leave the room untill they getvthr insurance approval, and i had to call the insurance and they spoke to them and approved the process over the phone yet the receptionist guy sitting there refused it and he was like pay cash and claim the amount from the insurance company.. and refused me to leave the hospital till i get the cash.. all they care for is the money they dont really care about the person's health..
not recommended at all and will never go there again

Dermatologist was very good and friendly. It took more than one hour to see the doctor though we reached 10minutes earlier than the appointment time.. worst service ever from an hospital like this particularly from reception service and staff..

(IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR LEGS TO BE CHOPPED OFF DON'T GO THERE) PERIOD. If I can rate this below zero i would. Please read this message before booking an appointment or even considering going to Canadian Specialist Hospital. My dad was a regular at this hospital for 10 years (only to see Dr. Emila) However things turned worse when my dad started experiencing difficulty walking last April 2016. For 3 months he was constantly going to the hospital yet no one helped him. After a few days he scratch his foot while walking.The wound TURNED BLACK we immediately rushed him to the Canadian Specialist hospital and his doctor (another doctor in the hospital) decided to clean the wound (and that went on for 2 months) we decided to take him to Rashid hospital and they diagnosed him with vascular disease in both legs (getting an expert overview from a doctor friend he mentioned that this was all the fault of the doctor we saw in Canadian Hospital. As they have already diagnosed him with that in Canadian but did not warn us and had been making things worse by cleaning the wound. when we got to rashid his wound was so deep you could see his bones. the doctors feared that both his legs would be amputated and that fear remained for 8 months. Now after several surgeries and every day trips to Rashid hospital my dads legs was saved. It took us a long journey to reach to this stage. and it took me more than a year to write this review. Because of the depression the Canadian Specialist Hospital has caused my entire family I advise everyone to avoid this hospital.

I met Dr. Yassir Jasim in this hospital two years ago. One of the worst doctors one can ever meet. When I explained him what I had and I had previously met another doctor but I still feel pain, he laughed and said we call your illness doctors' friend as it cannot be cured. How can he say that to a patient!!.
What I had was an infection and got treated by another doctor within 2 weeks using Voltaren only. But I worried for several months that he might be right about my illness despite what the other doctor had tried to comfort me.

I have a private doctor who prescribed me injections. Since she's a bit far away from where I live she recommended that I get a nurse at Canadian Hospital to assist me with the injection, that will only last less than a minute. That's because I'm pregnant and she didn't recommend me driving. The hospital is very close to where I live. But obviously this hospital is based on trade and no humanity as they wanted to charge above two hundred Dirhams a for a simple injection!!

Our favorite hospital in Dubai. They are clean and take good care of the kids.

Issues: The only problem we faced with them is the Dentist who charged us super high bill for work in our daughter's teeth which we discovered afterwards that wasn't required and even though it wasn't done in proper way.

I went to emergency in Friday, I spent 1 hour 25 min to wait. I'm breastfeeding, baby was with me, I has throat pain and fever. He wrote for me antibiotic, Adol, even not make blood test. Consultations was 5 min. I forgot to tell about my ear at night was paining . Till now I have problems with my left ear . And I have only antibiotic and Adol.
poor educated doctor, I will never come to this hospital!

I like the hospital; its staff is very friendly. We've been visiting the hospital regularly to see Dr Abrar and we are fully satisfied with his treatment.
Pharmacy sucks though. The whole process of meeting the doctor and getting tests never takes more than 30-35 min. But getting a single pack of medicines from pharmacy takes up to an hour sometimes.
