I do really appreciate for everyone who takes care of me during my stay in the hospital. I am very sure that my fast recovery is because of professional nature of staff. Everyone is friendly and smiling. Thanks for the care and amazing service. I would highly recommend Dr. Caroline for everyone. The room is also very comfortable. Everything is patient friendly. The dress provided to me was also very pretty.the food was delicious. The nurses were also very caring and friendly.

I delivered my first child there. At first nurses where not friendly, not smiling, doing there job while frowning. They are suppose to be supportive, sympathetic, and friendly, and smile to patients who they are working with. This helps to improve the patients mental state specially when they are scared while delivery.
We told them to be more friendly and to smile and they did.
Rooms are clean and new. Nurses in the inpatient word were nice but little slow.
Would recommend women to deliver there.

Service and the cooperation with the patient was excellent. The coordination within the staff is excellent. Everyone knows the condition of the patient, they do proper handover and do briefing about the needs of the patient.
We dint need to explain same thing again to anyone.
Doctors were also excellent and very approachable and accommodative.
I would like to give maximum marks to this hospital.
The testament provided to me was up to the mark and I was totally satisfied by the services provided to me during my stay in the hospital.

Customer's time (we are customers not patients) is absolutely not important for the doctors of this hospital, this runs in the entire system. Even after taking appointment, doctor can go for a tea break and you might be waiting for 1 hour or more. Total time to see the doc and get out of this hospital for can take over 2 hours easily.
There is no culture of calling back even if you leave multiple messages, i had to follow up for my own biopsy reports and other reports. We all know that healthcare is money making machine but we expect and deserve the customer care, you are not serving us for free!

We are blessed with a baby girl Jan 2018 and more blessed to be under the guidance of Dr. Ann Mini Mathew throughout my pregnancy. She is a super women who treats with a motherly touch.

We are so grateful to her, the nurses who works with her, the doctors and the nurses at the labor ward.

One last thing, I loved the food which was given to me during my stay after delivery. It was so fresh ( sorry don't remember the name of the caterers).

    Overall a very good experience.

Loads to love to the entire team xx

I came to Aster clinic on Saturday morning in excruciating pain and after consulting an amazing doctor my case was actually a matter of life and death, they had to do an emergency surgery and without wasting a lot of time they were able to admit me at Aster hospital and do an emergency surgery that saved my life which was hanging by a thread. The stuff and the doctors were more than friendly and treated me with compassion and care. I am now recovering and the care that the hospital takes for checks and follow ups makes me assured that I am in safe hands. Thank you so much Aster.

Two weeks back we had scheduled a scanning appointment at 12pm and then asked for the gynec appointment. But was told that since it's only the scanning report, we could pass by the doc as a walk in. It's 5 pm now and am still waiting outside with my son and 9month baby.
The techno initiatives such as que management are only for the reception, while the patients are still called by name by the staff handling your files. Must say. "Testing patience of the patient".

They say they care. They don't. Their staff also needs more training. And they don't keep you updated of the progress of any request.

worst hospital i ever seen, they are not bother about patient, i brought my 2 years old kid in emergency, suffering from fever, vomiting and diarrhea , a medical professional can only understand that if a kid has this problems then this has to treat as a emergency, the nurse checked and told that the pediatrician dr is attending an emergency care so u have to wait for 3-4 hrs or long, he was not even bothered about my kids age, he told to wait for dr outside. upon my request they provide me a bed because my kid was vomiting. the nurses was treating as over-smart that they know every thing, after waiting for 3 hrs upon my request they send a GP doctor(who was at ER) At that time pediatrician was also available, nurses not even told the pediatrician abt patient because of their attitude.

also about the admission room, worst care, some body can believe that live worms in hospital? the washroom was full of worms. am surprised that how they got JCI ? when we informed they treated us as a enemy. all staff (specially cleaning) enter the room without hygiene, due to which my kid got viral infection and rushed to ER, but not got any treatment, then at morning i have to take my kid to a pediatrician dr for treatment in another clinic in karama.

no one is cooperative and if we make complain then they will show their attitude and their behavior will be very very rude, and will not provide any care without asking. at the time of discharge all nurse not even gave a smile and treated us very bad, why this because we are Indian, in UAE at-least this should not happen.

i just want to inform the upper management abt the hospital service.

I was admitted in the ICU under Dr. Alai Taggu and the critical care team. The team is dedicated, quick, responsive and caring. They took care of me and ensured I was doing fine at all times. Dr. Sandeep conducted my successful surgery and I was always in capable hands every step of the way. Thank you so much to the doctors, nurses and Aster.

Had visited Aster emergency department before and had suggested feedback for improvement in waiting period and I had a recent admission and felt good about the change. Had very good guidance and service from sister Humaira, who was very helpful in getting my waiting period down. Had met Dr. Khalid Nasir with very good approach. Hope the good work continues. Thanx a lot.

Certainly unprofessional! My experience with them was not at all good. The call center has no idea as to who's who at the hospital.
We were visiting a cardiologist and suddenly he left. Another cardiologist came and took over our files. As we were getting used to him , he left and now the patients are stranded. No cardiologist and they aren't bothered. Very unprofessional . Where do they expect the patients to go? Would like the management to give me a call back and sort this matter.

Good infrastructure. Been there for a couple of times. Waiting time was little more. The customer representatives at the desk should be more customer friendly. But the OBG Dr was very kind and helpful. Lets hope it stays upto the mark in the coming visits.

It's the worst hospital in UAE ever! I rushed my fiance to the ER, arrived at 1pm and we were told that a doctor is busy attending 3 patients. (I guess they only have one doctor at ER). Then finally when the doctor checked her up, she was recommended to get admitted to the hospital. We waiting so long that she got admitted at exactly 1am the next day!! Imagine that? You arrived in their hospital at 1am and you have to stay at their hospital for 13 hours just to get admitted. Very very poor service from their staff nurse. ALL OF THEM! They should hire someone to train them very well. The night shift nurses don't endorse their work to the day shift nurses. When my fiance got discharged, they told me that I will be getting a refund and be deposited to my bank account within 3 to 5 working days. Guess what it's been 10 working days and until now they haven't refunded my money back! So from getting admitted until the billing department, they are totally messed up! No wonder why they have so many negative reviews about this hospital. If you're on emergency and your life is hanging in the balance, don't rush yourself to this hospital. They have a tag line of 30 years of compassion. They couldn't even provide a good service for 13 hours.

Website chat service is useless. A respond time is too much plus they end up saying somebody will call. Then why offer web chat? Also a company like Aster with years of Experience, is still wanting to improve their services, should this company already be well versed with Customer service standards. The problem his hiring people with certain preferences and eventually no one monitoring them. All the best, but the previous reviews I have seem, seems this Hospital service is going no where.

Overall very bad experience, staff is very inexperienced and not professional. The staff has a no care attitude and not pleasing. Except for ER security and our referred doctor, all other staff were unprofessional.
There is no communication and coordination between the staff, they give you contradicting information, while getting discharged my pregnant wife was briefed about the medication to be taken, the nurse advised the wrong dosage and drugs were missing for the entire course (i.e only 3 days of drugs were given instead of seven). How can staff be so unprofessional? It can give even lead to medical negligence and might have affected the unborn baby hadn’t I noticed the drug dosage instruction on the discharge summary. I had to come early next day at 7 am get to correct their mistake and get the missing drugs, they removed my old discharge summary sheet and replaced with a new one to cover up the mistake. As a customer, you feel you’re not valued, seems like we have to follow up for everything.
The billing experience was equally horrible, we had to wait for 4 hours to be discharged, there is no good internal communication between aster departments, the nurse asked me to go directly to billed after my repeated request and follow up asking for discharge/billing.
When I went to billing, they give me a million-excuses saying insurance is not approved yet etc and I ended up paying the full bill amount and the billing staff said they will call once the claim is approved, but no feedback or follow up call. I checked with my insurance on this the next day, they said they have sent repeated reminders to the hospital asking for some reports and they can’t process the claims without it. So, all this while Aster billing was lying to me saying its pending from insurance, while the fault is with Aster not sending them required information for approval. Such a waste of time, please improve, we had so much trust in you. This experience will never make me come back again.

Very poor time management. You get repeated SMS messages asking you to come on time or 15 minutes before your appointment and then you wait till it seems convenient to the hospital/doctor.
Two appointments, both first thing in the morning and both delayed. Just cancelled the second one after waiting.
