I visited their for myself,wasnt sure before but yes would recommend it to all .Effective treatments by the doctor.overall good service

They have 100s of nurses and other staff but no Dr. Waiting time is 3 hrs on an average even if you just consult on just a flu. 30-45 min is normal time for consultation the dr takes.

Not professional at all. Staff aren't in uniform. Reception staff are way too casual. Queuing system is strange. You're made to wait and wait and no one can tell you why or how much longer you have to wait. NOT CLEAN! Toilets hardly flush and are gross!

Truly rubbish experience- was so bad i left and went to another clinic. The lack of customer service from the receptionist (not wanting to seeming happy to be there to greet customers) staff to the nurses (no communication after i was left for 35 minutes to be told - only after i asked- that the doctor i came to see Dr. Khaled had left early) to the doctors (answering personal phone calls in the middle of a consultation while i am eplaining my issues) Just rude! Not aside fromthe factthat the hospital appreance is so crummy and old and a general feeling of uncleanliness. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
