During pregnancy I was not happy each time for my routine checkups, because most time I feel the nurses and receptionists are cold, until I finally met Dr. Lily when she was on call in the labour room that day, she was so lovely and energetic which really gave me comfort, and she is sweet and patient all the time which I appreciate a lot, there are sweet nurses in the labour room as well, though I couldn't remember all the names, so as a whole they changed my opinion about Iranian hospital. So it's not bad and I do love Dr. Lily 😜

Very nice, clean, very well equipped, with knowledgeable staffs.
I've been there sever times for different reasons. I really like it and satisfied.
Most of the important people, go there and all because of the quality of the work and the professionalism that you feel there.

    Thank you!

Extremely professional physicians here. At first I thought people only go to the Iranian hospital because they don’t have health insurance and the hospital wasn’t charging as much as any other medical facility in Dubai, which is actually true but it’s not the only reason patients choose to visit the hospital. I went there more than once and would recommend them to everyone.

The best hospital in all UAE. Quick assistance, maximum care, elite doctors, reasonable prices. They have morals & principals.

Came here for the Xray for the first time and everything went smoothly and staff is too friendly and helping. Cleanliness was great and hand sanitizers everywhere. Would highly recommend to consider them.

Worst worst worst. Rather die than going in this hospital. More than a taxi meter charging for every move even for injection. Very slow like snails. Robbers of public wallet.WHY DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE INJECTION SERVICE???? I AM IN UAE FOR 10 YEARS AND NEVER BEEN CHARGE WITH INJECTION SERVICE, WHY NEED TO PAY? THE DOCTOR TALKS SHE DID A VERY NOBLE THING BY NOT GIVING EXPENSIVE MEDS. BUT THE MEDS COST LIKE A SKY ROCKET AND FOR THE INJECTION SERVICE IS 90DHS?? I WILL DIE OF HIGH BLOOD WITH THIS BLOOD SUCKING HOSPITAL . NMC HOSPITAL SO FAT IS THE BEST AMONGST THESE BLOOD SUCKING HOSPITALS IN UAE.

Why no one check the temperature? No one check the weight of the patient? The doctor did not do anything. So so pissed off.

Worst experience i had. I was brought in by my friend half unconscious as i was burning with 104 temp and badly hallucinating. They made us wait like hell and do tests like crazy. The final diagnosis was "i have frrakin asthama". And gave me that asthama pump to keep pumping throughout the day in my mouth. Mind that i am martial arts champion, scuba diver and cyclist. I went for a cross check from zulekha and the doc checked me thoroughly and said "just the weather dude, relax. Just don't smoke much. Take some preventive meds n you'll be fine". And to this day i am fine.

Hospitals in Dubai don't know what is emergency, I think they should learn from American Hospital. The patient cannot breath and instead of giving her oxygen and shifting her to emergency, they are saying the case is not emergency when the patient cannot breath. I swear the dubai gov needs to intervene as many hospitals and clinics have the same problem.

First of all there is no differentiation between kids and adult you taking Taken and waiting with everyone on the line. I came with 10 month old child been waiting for 40 min for my taken number, then 30 min to see doctor.Plus they been send it me from one side to other. I request to take a stool test. Main problem I am living in other side of Dubai but in 4 days instead of doctor call me and tell me result if it is good or bad if i need to go there for medicine of courae no I need to go all the way back to them to know result. I have work and dont really have etra time if there nothing with my baby go back all wait to know that.
Very disappointed with service there and that I can't know the result thru the phone. Poor

Only place you can trust medicine, since they are not profit oriented, and a walking patient doesn’t mean a wallet to empty. Be patient though, it takes a while. Good to see a hospital that doesn’t only think of robbing patients.

My mom who is working abroad don't speak English or Arabic. So I asked my mother to call me so that I can explain it to the doctor. She consulted dermatologist Dr. Mohamed Abdur Rahman who didn't allow me to speak over the phone and explain the situation. Keep in mind she paid 150 and it was an ISD call. It was emergency and the doctor did not prescribe any medicine than a test which is not related at all. Its not only him who has rude behavior almost all general doctors from Africa is also rude and adamant. She had consulted a general lady doctor earlier who was from Africa but the service and medicine prescribed were pathetic and not to mention being rude. She went back again to consult specialist and this is what the service and quality of doctors are. Service quality and customer care facility is beyond pathetic. This is an Islamic clinical hospital and you should bear in mind that they lack sympathy and lack of understanding of patient which we have in Kerala (IN). I will never ask anyone to consult this hospital. Pathetic as f**k!! sorry for the language but i am holding back most of my frustration!!

Bad doctors, and the worst possible dental consultation. They are cheats and liars specially the one called Dr sayed reza he was rude in his actions with me unnecessarily. Only here to make money by giving false consultations. May be it is good for Iranians or Persian speakers but not for others, the racism I felt there I did not see in my 50 years
Their dentures are of the poorest quality. Even at the price are as per the doctors mood, there are no fixed prices. If you are a Persian, be happy with the saving, unless other clinics are cheaper.

I haven't visited the hospital, just need a review about the urology department, my wife is having urine infection, she did a checkup from clinics but in result there was no infection. So I decided to check from specialist in urology and female doctor. She is having insurance of Next Care with RN3/PCP Network. Can someone please advice or from the hospital that how much it is going to cost for all the checkup, does anyone know about their urology department how it is and the doctors.

    Thanks,
    Faisal

Went to the hospital and intentionally watched out to have a review .
The prices for the services is relatively cheap compared to the other places I have visited. Dr Lily (gynea) was nice and courteous, didn't act like she wanted to bleed my insurance card as she advised I visit when need be, but I will suggest some privacy in the office (maybe lock the door from inside) so people don't just bash in at will.
Majority of the receptionists were nice and courteous but then you have some not so nice ones (met one in the injection room) so a name tag on every staff will be idea so as to be able to call out the person to the management easily. I will ignore the complaints about the emergency department cos even little cuts make patient go straight to the emergency department which is not supposed to be.. When its an emergency there is a very high chance to be attended to.

From the receptionist to the radiologist, staff are professional, courteous and do everything they can to help. They don't care what nationality you are and they try to provide the healthiest solution for you, and not one that will benefit the hospital's bottom line. The entire hospital's priority is always the patients first.

    Worst hospital system
They do not understand the concept of emergency. Can't even open a temporary file for treatment for a 1 year old baby who's in pain without having the passport or ID along. Basically had to leave with nothing but wasted time.

Really miss managed place. Went there for lower back pain and the specialist doctor was incredibly rude. My sister asked him a few very relevant questions and he snapped at her telling her why is she asking so many questions. As a patient I think it's my right to get as much information about my condition as I can. They even made me wait for 3 and a half hours for my insurance approval and kept telling me that they have sent the approval request to my insurance company but when I called my insurance company they hadn't received it, I asked again and was told the same thing. When I went to the insurance desk there was a "doctor" there sitting and playing on his phone, when I asked him about my insurance approval he said on yes. He clicked something on his screen and said it's done. He made me wait for 3 and a half hours for nothing, all he had to do was one click! Unbelievable!

I went to Iranian hospital to undergo a full nutrition test. I was advised to meet dr. K. (preventative expert - tall skinny guy with glasses)
The dr. kept me waiting for a considerably long time while he was chatting with the dr. next door although I had asked himself if dr. Kasraei is around and he had assured me that the dr. will be there soon. He did not bother to tell me he was the very same dr. until I decided to leave. Perhaps the gossip they were having was way too interesting. Anyway, we entered his office and the following conversation took place:
Me (serious/ Normal) : I would like to have a full nutrition test as I have switched to vegetarian diet and I would like to assess its impact on my health.
Dr. (flirtatious tone) : Why? Were you fat?
Me (serious) : For health purposes.
Dr. : You don't like meat anymore..?
Me : Can I have a full nutrition test?
Dr. (still flirting) : Do you also want an STD test?
Me (exhausted) : Is STD test a Nutrition TEST???
Dr. (did not give up flirting) : No, but you said full test
Me : Only minerals, vitamins, etc.
Dr. : But wouldn't that be expensive? Why don't you just eat meat?
At this point I gave up and decided to leave his office rather than sitting there and tolerating such unprofessional behavior.

    That's all.

Terrible experience with Dr. Bachar AbouBaker (Orthopaedic Surgeon).
He said that our baby leg requires surgery while it was absolutely normal. What the baby has is called normal variation of leg development.
Thanks God, we didn't listen to him.

I travelled all the way from ethiopia to this hospital thinking that it was a good one!!!! But unfortunately I wasted my money and my time !! I checked up in the gynecologist AZADPOR but she was busy looking at her computer I wasn't even sure if she was listening to me !!!!!! And she seems that she wasn't taking the matter seriously after several tests she prescribed some medicines I finished them all !!!! BUT NOTHING CHANGED AT ALL!! and very bad treatment from all the stuff.

I'm planning to visit UAE again for the same purpose but I don't think I will go to this hospital again!!!
