  Absolutely stunning in terms of modern housing. It's neat, in a nice neighbourhood, contained within a supportive community. It's a bit far off Downtown Dubai, but that might suit some people.

  Again wonder people giving 5/5 and 4/5 are the people staying in Damac hills. Everything for all residents is breaking down and bad quality Damac jus wants money and tiles, fittings , everything is cheap you will have a headache living in Damac hills stick to emaar as Damac management is only looking for money and not customer satisfaction
