The word for Atlantis is beautiful. It’s like getting lost in wonderland.

Honestly I didn’t spend that much time here, but the little time spent was enough to establish the fact that I’ll definitely come back here next time in Dubai. My visit was also late evening, the atmosphere was some good degrees cooler, hence the tone of my description(I hear it’s quite hot in the day which is not really a surprise as Dubai is very hot).

From the cool breeze that blew ever so softly, enveloping you in it’s soft embrace to the clean air that hits your face and nostrils, your first reaction is just to throw your hands up in the air, pause time and take it all in. The beautiful flowers, the gentle waves of the sea hitting against the stones by the shore, the magnificent somewhat imposing architecture. These are the first things you notice about Atlantis driving in.

The lobby of the hotel doesn’t disappoint either, it’s just so beautiful. From the little I saw of the hotel staff, they appear to be courteous and polite. Unfortunately, more can’t be said about them, the rooms or other activities here, to avoid giving an erroneous information as time spent here was very limited as pointed earlier.

I however look forward to exploring Atlantis more at my next visit. And will strongly recommend it to whoever can afford to lodge here.

This place is just amazing. Have stayed here 3 times now with a family and just booked our Aug 2021 holiday again.

The place is huge and has amazing restaurants which is definitely a must to go half board.

The buffets are next level. So much food choice. I swear I come back 2 stone heavier. I make sure I eat like a maharaja. 🤣🤣👊

The drinks are expensive off though. About £7 for a large bottle of Evian water. Ouch.

The water park is amazing. My kids just love it there and stay there all day to cool off.

Dubai is safe with great weather so can't go go wrong.

We cant wait for next trip.🙏🍹🥂🍸💃🕺🍾

The hotel was amazing, luxurious and way better than most hotels around the UAE! the staff managers and all waiters were amazing. The only thing which I loved is the scenery of the sunset and the whole Dubai with a lifetime experience view! I am so shooed because I have never experienced such a fantastic hotel with unique structures designs and breath taking views! I recommend everyone to go and have a visit in this place at least once in their lifetime! Apart from all of these, even the food and drinks were flavorful, juicy and tasty!

Best family holiday so far, the staff where lovely and we had a fantastic stay. We highly recommend it. There’s plenty fun activities, great food and adult activities and the whole package is amazing. Great people and service. And very safe for kids x

Absolutely amazing place. The experience of staying there was just out of the world. From check in to check out time they treat you like a royal even with this whole pandemic restrictions. The resort is massive and you get to enjoy every bit of it. The water park is wonderful place to spend time with family and with all expansion to it going on can't wait to come back next year enjoy those as well. Oh last bit, breakfast buffet is just mind blowing.

This place is awesome. brilliant views, excellent service. Loads of great rides, relatively short queues and a beautiful beach. recommend the lazy river and the ride that opens a trap door beneath your feet. Make sure you plan for a whole day or you will run out of time.
At the top of the Palm it’s miles from everything and the public transport using monorail and tram to get to the metro is complex - use cabs to save hassle.

If you want a family resort, stunning location it’s really a great place, but if you want romantic, near to amenities or anything of substance it’s not for you

Mind boggling experience! Amazing rides for the thrill seekers amongst us as well as the sober & calmer ones. This is a fun place to go with friends and family. You challenge yourself to push your boundaries and conquer fears.

One day is definitely not enough to experience it all. Loved the options for solo rides and groups as we were a large group.

Would recommend starting early in the day to really make the most of it as the lines to rides can get long. Definitely carry cash or depositing balance on your wrist band as you get dehydrated really quickly and you would need food at some point too.

In terms of clothing, try and avoid lose shorts or dresses as they will hinder your experiences on rides like Poseidon's Revenge.

The views from the tallest rides are stunning and calming! A definite must add to your bucket list.

Great place to visit and huge castle buildings brilliant architecture worksAmazingly built place. It is unique and lavish! The Centerpiece in the lobby is beautiful and impressive.
The rooms are airy and pleasant the views on both sides are amazing and tranquil.
They have a great choice of restaurants! The one with the buffet is overwhelming.
The hotel has a water park and an aquarium attached.

Amazingly built place. The architecture is unique and lavish! The Centerpiece in the lobby is beautiful and impressive.

So me and my family went here in October 2017. We decided to go because a friend of ours was having a wedding and we were told that this place was the best hotel in Dubai. This place is wonderful!! The food is great. The staff showed us wonderful hospitality. I can't wait to go back.

The stay was pleasant. The facilities were awesome!
The water park is a must visit, especially it is included in your stay.
Staff member are friendly and helpful.

However . (the longer version of 'but')
We are aware that security is a high priority, and gave us assured comfort that this place is indeed safe.
But, there should be a better approach / communications from security guard towards guests which are staying and being 'asked' whether 'we are guest of the hotel or not'.

Fantastic hotel for everyone!
Stayed in the summer and after a mix up with the booking the staff sorted our problems and we also got access to the imperial club which gives you access for unlimited food and drink between certain times which is great.

The rooms are spacious and very luxurious, anyone looking for memorable holiday should stay here. The pools and beaches around are kept to a very high standard.

The on site restaurants, I can’t remember how many but they are varied and cater to everyone’s needs, even an adult only one with appropriate dress code which is ideal for couples to get away from the busier buffet style restaurants. You will pay a premium to dine at these but the quality is great, with our stay we had the buffet breakfast each day in kaleidoscope as it was included and was worthwhile each day.

Atlantis, the palm is definitely one of the best places to stay at in Dubai. It has a wide range of entertainment and food options. It has a water park a dolphin park. I would suggest you to go there and explore the place. It is worth the money. It's location is slightly out of the way but is very well connected by road and by tram.

This is a great experience. It's not really a water park as such. It's a theme park that uses water. The rides are awesome fun. You cannot leave without summoning the courage for the"Leap of Faith" ride or enjoying the thrill of Poseidon. For group rides the Zoomerango id my favourite. There is a water park area for small kids which is great. I would recommend getting there as early as you can in the morning especially if you are bringing young children who are unable to go on the bigger rides and want share the supervision while other partners/friends go and ride. Be warned though the park closes at 18.00 but the rides close at 17.30. No negotiation and you are "encouraged" away from the rides by the always helpful staff. All in all a fun filled excellent day.

Very nice place. We need to spend at least a week to explore all attractions at ease.
Kids will enjoy this place. It is located in the sea. The views are great and you need to have a good low light cameras to capture the moments.
This is a very luxury place and great getaway place from work.

This place is amazing. A must go to holiday for anyone, amazing for family for singles couples etc. The food is to die for. The service is incredible. Manners excellent. They make you feel very special wich is what you want going on a holiday. I honestly can go on forever about this beautiful place and country. Dubai is a must. The only problem you'll have, is you wont wanna come back home 😁. Can't wait to go back.

Great facilities and good views. Imperial club rooms are worth the money with the view of the palm and Dubai Marina.
Water park at Atlantic is one the best I have visited. With its own private Beach you will have great time.
Some staff need bit more training in terms of handling customer queries and request however management seems to be reasonable and considerate.

Very nice hotel, the biggest the largest one. A dream came true.the beach, thrilling experience . Delicious food. The booking system for dinner to choose from a large variety . Amazed to see thousands of person s served without delay. No waiting time for the food though nearly 2000 person were already before me and much more coming for dinner. UNFORGETTABLE.

The best water park in UAE by far. The other parks I wouldn't waste my money going to again. Better to get a 2 day pass for Atlantis. Only thing they could of done is turn on the chillers to chill the water, when all the other parks had theirs turned on.
Definitely worth going to cool down while having fun.

Great park, really good rides, great food and drink.. and its free to get in on your Birthday week :)

do make sure to get a locker when you buy your tickets, make sure you pick the correct locker size, you can add credit on your band so you don't have to take cash/ credit card (don't worry, whatever credit left its refundable on exit)

Amazing resort, probably one of the best in the world. Whether you are coming here as a couple alone or with family this is the place to be. The grounds and architecture is breathtaking. The aquarium is top notch and the restaurants even though they are very expensive are very good. Been here twice and I am from New York. Night club ndulge can probably be considered the best in Dubai .

I really liked this place, always live, if you need help you'll find your way with the staff service which is present anytime. Enjoyed the food, well I couldn't decide what to have since there are so many types of foods around you as well as fruits, you'll get to eat what you are looking for especially if you are a fussy guy like me who wants to have a certain or a specific type of food. Beautiful and as expected! We stayed here for 5 nights in March time. We had been here before for dinner on a previous visit to Dubai but decided to stay here this time. The buffet restaurant has so much choice and the food is great. The rooms are lovely and the view is breathtaking. As a hotel guest you get free entry to the water park next door.

Dubai didn't invent the bigger-is-better approach, but it has lifted it to a whole new level. So don't be surprised to learn that The Palm is an artificial archipelago shaped like a palm tree beneath a crescent. Apart from high-end hotels and residences, there's not a whole lot here to see or do, but if you're staying at Atlantis The Palm, that doesn't matter. Covering 46 hectares, this underwater-themed fantasy resort has more than enough attractions to keep a family entertained for a week

We had an amazing seven night stay (Imperial club).

The service was exceptional, loved the view and the room ( ask for the pool view - much better ) breakfast was breathtaking with many choices loved the Lebanese breakfast with the cheese and Zatar hot bread, the water park was big and heaps of fun, the lost chamber aquarium a must do.

The club lounge was absolutely amazing with different foods every day and the variety of drinks & coffee.

The room service really surprised us as the room was made up 2 to 3 times a day, water topped up and towels changed.

This is a big place with a lot of people, they do lack the personal touch due to the size, but they do go out of their way to make surety enjoy your stay.

Highly recommended with imperial club access.

Fantastic Hotel with great facilities and views. You get access to the water park free which is £75.00 each per person for 1 day. The rooms are spacious and the food is absolutely delicious. The service is second to none. Yes it is a little bit more expensive than the rest but you get so much value for your money. The kids will have a fantastic time.

5 Star hotel and resort. Lots to do for the children - Lost Chambers is excellent but not worth the money of a one off trip. Knowledgeable staff who are happy to talk to the children about the animals. Aquaventure is great and suitable for all ages. Rides are accessible via the rapids and the torrents and are easy to navigate. Prices for food and drink are reasonable for Dubai. Royal Pool is bliss with lots of seating and beautiful surroundings. Good deals to be had for resident stays during the summer and Ramadan.

Good resort hotel. Really has everything you need insideshops, restaurants, water park and aquarium. Room was huge.. Lovely bathroom. Bad points is that there is too many people and not enough staff. Around the pool the wait to get drinks etc is far too long. The prices are absolutely sky high. I really have never stayed anywhere that was so expensive. I wouldn't go back.

Had a great holiday in Dubai. Love all of it apart from the food. A bottle of water cast $10 (Australian). Too expensive. Would recomend and hope to come back in the near future. A glass of wine was $60 (Australian). Good location. Magnificent prices of work. The staff were really friendly. Best overseas holiday yet.

Stayed here as part of our honeymoon and was upgraded to a room with great view and balcony. Where to begin Rooms are beautiful and with everything you'd expect for the price. Reception and aquarium are probably the best in terms of grandeur I have ever seen in a hotel. Staff are brilliant, the food in restaurants is incredible with an endless variety of options. Pool and beach are very relaxed with plenty of spaceand a real stand out for me was the waterpark. I have never felt so much like a big kid in years. A fantastic part of the hotel to just go and have fun with loved ones for a few hours and then relax by the pool. Obviously all this comes with a price tag and I would honestly say that it is value for money.

The water park is great fun. The hotel is just far too big though. The price is exorbitant but I do say its worth doing once and is a lot of fun. We were fortunate enough to go on a rainy day with no crowds so we had no wait for any rides. I do not recommend going on a sunny busy day as you would be waiting a long time in cues.

Best hotel experience I ever had. The words I need escape me when describing the treatment the staff give towards it's guest. You can spend 3 days easily inside palm and not regret the stay. Missing some sightseeing options from Dubai for a day visit here is worth it.
