It is near Dubai internet city. Around 100 Dh with taxi from airport. But only 5 min walk to nearest metro station which is very helpful.
Breakfast fast is normal so you don't have many choices.
If reserving a room, consider mostly at floor 9. Because the chameleon bar is in floor 12 and night sound may bothering in nearby floors.
Room and bath is good. Don't forget to have your toothbrush and blade, because not included in bath service.
Internet connection speed is also good and traffic is unlimited.

Visited the Korean restaurant Kung there. For the hot pot, which was lovely and rather large. The pork was excellent too.

Breakfast is pretty bad, not a lot of variety and not that healthy. Too much sugary foods and pastry. Air conditioning in the lobby is too cold for january weather. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Pleasant interaction with staff members and clean room.

Around 20-30 min ride from Dubai international airport , easily accessible via road and metro transportation. Hotel itself is having all the amenities like swimming pool , restaurant, night club , saloon etc . Rooms are spacious and we'll kept . We we're allocated this hotel as our flight was rescheduled for the next day , airlines provided visa , hotel and transportation to take care of us , which was much appreciated. Food here is very good , mostly Italian menu while we stayed . Hotel provides shuttle service for airport too. Hotel is very near to all the tourist attraction.

Its a great place especially the Murjan restaurant which has an outdoor area where you can have shisha or sip in a coffee with a huge LED screen playing live soccer matches. And with the current weather it was an ideal and relaxing place to visit. Staff was attentive and friendly. Overall great place and will visit again.

I like this hotel, there is a korean restaurant and karaoke. But there were unpleasant happens. Whenever I visit this hotel and leave, I use valet parking. There is the person wearing hempen hood who is in charge of valet parking. He used to give me my car. When i didn't give him a tip for valet parking, he said to me by his own language in twisted face. It sounds like insulting me. This is making me feel very very unpleasant.

1. You need service guy to activate your room key more than one time,
2. The property maintenance is bad
3. they have a parking in the basement but they park my car out in the open
4. Room service is bad, don't order hot chocolate, and make sure the double espresso is double
5. Make sure to compare between the online booking and direct call booking

Good location in Tecom. The hotel is surrounded by lots of othe hotels which have a good selection of bars and clubs all within walking distance of this hotel. I found most of the staff very friendly but a few of the saff who were a bit unresponsive, not really acknowledging you when you needed help, so for example they have a small issue with the room card entry system, which meant that on random occasions when we (me and a colleague, in seperate rooms) returned to rooms our cards would not open the door. As you can imagine if you get back to your room late the last thing you want yo have to do is go back down to reception to get them to refresh the card. This seemed to happen to at least one of us everynight, and the staff didnt even really acknowledge it, no appology, no sorry for the inconvenience. In fact one night when it happened the guy on the desk didn't say a single word, he just stuck his hand out for the card.
A little customer service training would not go amiss.

Appart from this i did enjoy my stay, the room was always clean and had good facilities, the decor could use a refresh but nothing wrong with it.

Crown and Lion: Excellent place for watching football and sports. Nice live band. Food so so.
