A perfect hotel for transit, near the airport, with shuttle Bus service very well set up and reception 24/7! The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. I strongly recommend for those who spend a day or two in Dubai!

The staff at the Hotel were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar of the hotel and the food was very good. Breakfast was excellent to start your day. We were surprised that they had a shuttle service to the Dubai mall every day. This helped tremendously. Would recommend this hotel.

It's true: "A great night's sleep is guaranteed". And the Premier Inn Breakfast was a great day starter! I really felt at home. I'm grateful for the great hospitality of all the staff; not just professional, but real. I could give you 5-star, but just teasing out room for improvement. :) Спасибо!!

Rooms are OK but the food in the bar is hopeless. For an airport hotel where people need some good food the choice was poor and the care taken over serving the food was really quite sloppy, my burger was undercooked day one and my fish and chips on the last day were burnt

The hotel offers elegant budget friendly accommodation. The reception was well staffed and courteous. The room was not very spacious but had a comfortable bed. It was elegantly furnished and very quiet. The hotel also offers shuttle to Dubai International airport. An excellent choice for a no frill accommodation near Dubai.

Easy and pretty hotel near the international airport. There is a free shuttle service from and to the airport. So for our first night it was amazing. Restaurant was a bit on the pricy side but it looked good. Apparently everything in Dubai is expensive, will find that out when I return end actually explore Dubai. Then an other hotel but only because downtown position.

The staff was professional, courteous and helpful. Very pleasant. I got there way before my room was ready and I was given a changing and shower room to use on the roof level. Clean and secure including mirrors. My luggage was kept secure in luggage area while I went on my scheduled city tour. Lovely experience!! The room was clean and had everything to my comfort. The free shuttle service and close proximity to airport made it a plus.not to mention the shuttle bus takes you for free to the mall and picks you up. Amazing since the mall has the aquarium and other attractions, food and places to shop . This hotel with its restaurant bar and coffee shop topped with great staff was worth my while and for an affordable price too!

If you've ever stayed at a Holiday Inn, you've stayed at them all. Exactly what you expect and exactly what you need. Perfect for your overnight layover but that's about it.

I happened to stay here unexpectedly, due to the flight connection. But, there are many things that I like about this simple hotel. The breakfast was a surprise, the shuttle bus just awesome, the staffs were not just friendly but also very helpful. They made my incident become a nice experience.

For the price not worth it. I just hotels but what they offer. They don't offer sampoo and conditioner. They have a bottle of body wash that is multi purpose.

Very comfortable, clean and with a modest yet well-maintained gym. Has all the essentials to a good standard. The rooftop was far too hot (nearly 50 degrees) for me to spend any time in the pool but I'm not a sun-seeker.

Taking into account what it cost to stay here it is a very good hotel. Getting to and from the airport is easy with their shuttle service. I enjoyed the lunch very much. The Hotel is nice and clean and the starff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are on the small side but tidy. There is a beautiful bar and a 24 hour Costco inside the Hotel as well. Want to go see Dubai? Take their shuttle to the Emirates metro station (3min drive) and buy yourself a day pass on the metro. Much cheaper than the taxi's.

Simple reception, simple rooms, simple pool area, good hotel restaurant, friendly and helpful staff everything nice and clean. All you ever need from an airport hotel is there and for a good price. Well worth the money.

Is good only for crew member and airport staff. Or transit to Dubai not good for local Dubai tour or holiday. Good breakfast. very good shuttle service.

I just checked in to this hotel for 30nights. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are very nice, quite spacious. Gyn 24/7 pool from morning till 10pm. Restaurant downstairs has cool atmosphere and if you have Emirates Platinum card its 50% off. So far i can say anything bad about it.

I can highly recommend Mr. Toads pub. Pool table outside is one of the best options to have a good time even though you have to pay AED 3 for it.

Friendly staff, good food. I recommend to try the 1KG steak and buffalo wings with blue cheese dip

Excellent budget hotel, rooms modern and comfortable. Offers free WiFi and a free shuttle bus to airport leaving every 30 mins, 24 hours a day. Costs coffee in reception serving 24 hour coffee and light snacks
