Just across the road in front of Hillton we see Dubai walk. It's sea shore and we have beach. There is dress code after 6 PM at Dubai walk. Dubai eye, Dubai cinema,Dubai beach, boating are a cluster. It ll be pleasant to spend the day with different activities of interest. There are good restaurants too as well other commercial. In case we stay in Holton it's a gift to enjoy the scenarios.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Dubai. If you want an apartment style room this is the best Hilton. The Hilton next door is best for couples with no kids. Walk outside and the strip is there with the beach. Plenty to do. Executive lounge is nice too.

I have stayed at the hotel on two separate occasions. I returned for a second stay because of the convenient location and beach side loung chairs. However, during both stays the long timing of the elevators and confusing parking were issues. There should be valet service for parking. During my second stay I checked in online for a specific room. When I arrived a little after 330pm I was told the room was shown as "dirty" in the system. This is unacceptable considering I reserved the room and check in is at 3. Also, I didn't feel welcome at all by the reception during check in or check out even though other staff were friendly to other customers. This didn't make me feel like a valued customer despite spending my money at the hotel like all the other guest. I probably won't stay here again but instead select another property and just rent chairs from the beach.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms and lovely staff. It was amazing that you also could walk over to the Hilton opposite and use their pool and beach.

Efficiently managed by staff who work tirelessly to look into the needs of each and everyone who come, including the childrenspecial kudos to the chef kavya, who makes the most delectable pancakes, and even in spite of a rush, very sweetly makes pancakes in different shapes to cater to the whims of kids..hats off to her and to each and every staff and management personnel of this truly wonderful hotel!!

    Location: 5 stars
Hardware: rooms, lobby 3 stars ==> need renovation
Elevators: 0 stars ==> slow, need to wait so long
Concierge: 4 stars ==> very helpfull
Housekeeping: 5 stars==> doing miracles in this hotel
Executive floor lounge: 5 stars for the staffs, 2 stars for the 2 old coffee machine and 0star fro the toaster( at least 10years old)

The hotel is at the very Bottega of Hilton standards, it is in dire needs of a strong renovation.

Overall the staff is very helpful and I do praise them to work in a not so good environment

I will rate the hotel at a 3 stars hotel max.

The hotels place is perfect. Its near to beach, the walk, restaurants, marina and more. Breakfeast was good but it was to noisy and crowded. The dinner was good to.
Room standard was not high it was average. It seems like the rooms need a makeover. Overall a good stay:)

This is my second stay and the same issues raised! Rooms not available on time and everyone complain from the same! Rooms are available after 4:30 pm! Check in procedure takes 30 minutes! Elevators are extremely crowded! Our apartment in the 29th floor with beautiful view and spacious 3 bedroom.. however, this all loose its value with the issue of elevator and reception experience! The ground floor is extremely warm; the access to parking from there, concierge from the same single door of parking, and lobby in the ground floor is queued where we have to pass between standing ppl on the reception! Not enough seating area! AC in the lobby area is a major issue.. I would recommend the management to provide self check-in counters, fix the AC, consider dedicated elevators for floors (like the elevators in Emirates towers office building). And of course provide full staff in the counter to reduce check-in time to 7 or 8 minutes! And find away to have the luggage route other than people route in the ground floor, and provide elevators for garbage, housekeeping, and concierge because they suffer from the same waiting. And please: let people stick to the 12:00 pm checkout time.. this impact your quality and ability to manage the whole process

We stayed in room UP10. Terrific room. Decent breakfast. Nice staff. However you hear EVERYTHING that seems to go on near the elevators, neighbors, walls. No matter how heavy you might sleep.. you'll hear kids crying in the next rooms. Cell phone chat near the elevators. Even thumps in what we think is the piping literally ALL night and day. Often thinking it's knocking at our door. Good enough for 2 nights and we are OUT.

Superb hotel situated in the centre of the action in Jumeirah Beach Residences. Hotel Manager Nico is extremely helpful and professional. He found a superb room for us with the peace and quiet that we were looking for. He also gave good recommendations for dining. Knowledgeable and professional - and charming service. This was matched by the gentleman in charge of the Executive Lounge, Mr Erasmo, another charming young man who pampers his guests with just the right amount of attention. You are cared for 100% whilst retaining your own space. The lounge has quiet areas where you can catch up with business and refreshments are just a smile away. Rooms and views are outstanding. The panorama of JBR is breath taking, especially from the heights of the lounge. Rooms are clean and well appointed. F and B is very good at the various restaurants. The watersports on the beach have a wide range of activities available including flying fish and the new flying surfboard powered from a jet ski. Omar was perfect as an instructor and local guide. He made us happy and thrilled us whilst keeping everything safe.

Everything was wonderful and the atmosphere of the entire hotel was beautiful! The rooms are very exquisite and spacious and make you feel at home! However, the elevator system is extremely frustrating. None of the elevators take you to the floor you want and they stop on random floors where no one is even waiting. God help the person who gets a room on floor 43.

Aptly named hotel because you must park your car in the basement and walk to reception to check in. You also have to walk about 1/2 a mile to the beach. Room and view was great though.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best prices around

My mother and I stayed for 8 nights and had such a great experience. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The room itself was spacious and had a balcony. We also had access to the private beach. They have shuttle buses which take you to the main shopping malls (mall of Emirates etc.). There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops located right outside and it's also pretty easy to hail a taxi. The hotel was beautiful and I'd highly recommend staying there!

The hotel is located in a fantastic vibrant location with access to the beach, restaurants, cinema and much more. It's got two sections: The main hotel block and the apartments. So in both sections is great despite both being busy airways. The hotel apartments located opposite the main hotel is connected to the main hotel by a Walk bridge. There are restaurants in both sections with Wavebreaker standing out.

Wonderful hotel of family. There are plenty of other hotels/resorts that might offer more (and at a higher price), but this Hilton is a great value whilst having all the major amenities of other places. The location is great with more shops and restaurants within walking distance than other similar places in other parts of the Dubai metro.

Excellent hotel with perfect location. When making reservations, be aware that there are two towers - one on the beach, and one across the street. The executive lounge was totally worth the add-on with excellent food, drink, lounge, and view.
