Very nice hotel, suitable for family. It's clean and close of JBR and Dubai Palm. I like our stay and recommend this hotel for couples, early married. By the way MBC is one step far of Arjaan so be sure to meet famous people every time you walk around.

Excellent hotel situated near the beach with fantastic views. Very close to Dubai marina and JBR. The hotel has a luxury feel to it and the rooms are fantastic. The rooms are amazing and the breakfast and lunch buffet are top class. Service is second to none with everyone helping as soon as you need it having a lot of staff also helps so you are not waiting around.

I reserved my apartment on the agreement that breakfast is included in the apartment full fees. As soon as i arrived they surprised me that this is not the case and breakfast is not included and i am supposed to pay extra (99 dhs) per day for breakfast per person. The staff was rude, did not even apologize.
However, attempted to deal that i pay (50 dhs instead of 99) which shows that it is their mistake.
Not a comfortable stay at all after this cheap attitude to steal money from customers by any means.
I already paid the breakfast fees and they are not allowing me to enter, also asking me to pay more.

During my visit, the lobby was under construction, as were other bits of the property, which meant there was an element of noise. I am very sound sensitive so had I known this beforehand if have booked someplace else. The food court was just a joke, with barely three restaurants, and the parking entrance was hard to find and hard to get out of as well. In the two days I was there, housekeeping staff never cleaned my room. On the plus side, the staff was very nice and friendly. All things considered, though, I doubt that I'll be staying here again.

Visited on a Friday, parking was accessible not too crowded. Valet parking is available too. Lovely little beautiful place inside.

Arjaan by Rotana hotel is the most amazing hotel which I visited through my trips:
- smiley staff (receptionist, securities, cleaning
room service staff)
- clean rooms
- many choices & activities to do in the same hotel like swimming pool, supermarket & ladies saloon there is also, Souq you can check & find what is include
- rooms with jacuzzi or with swimming pool your choice of what you want.
- they are more flexible If you come & decide to change your room.
- sea 🌊 view ( palm island view )
- I like the way how food court staff serve the customers ( helpful, smiles & more care ❤️ ) I remember one staff in food court he serve all with his nice smile ( Farhan )
- beautiful decor & views

Iftar buffet has a surprisingly low selection. On top of that, the food was constantly understocked and several people kept complaining that there was a lack of food. Definitely not worth the money.

We rented an apartment for around 250 USD and the apartment had a pool inside of it and were very big.. good thing was the price as it was cheap considering the period we were visiting Dubai and this rate was similar to any 4 stars small hotels

Everything is just great about this hotel from staff to views of Media City, service, cleanliness, size of apartments, pool and gym availability. It's just great!
