I have stayed in the 2-bedroom suite. It is very spacious and clean. The beach and pool facilities were very enjoyable. They need to work a little bit on the lobby and entrance. The staff are good, but compared to other hospitality providers, they need to work more on the greeting and level of service. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to all my friends as I enjoyed staying in it.

Unbelievable facility and service to match.
The brand is well known and referred to me by many friends and the Kempinski on the Palm didn't disappoint.
All the staff were immaculate in presentation and their attitude was commendable.
I will hopefully return here many times.

Fantastic hotel. Only went here for a day by the pool and beach, but loved it. Had afternoon tea as well which was generally excellent. Great views and a chilled out vibe. Get yourself there if you get the chance.

Excellent, and most friendly Hotel, Staff are exceptional, Rooms are Great, service is Second to none.

Prices are what you want them to be, if you want high end rooms, there is, if you want affordable and budgeted rooms, also no problems.

Very trust worthy Hotel, We lost my daughters Shoes, and a lovely gentleman called Ahmed, I don’t know he’s urbane, but he wears glasses, went out of he’s way, to find them for me.

And believe it, he did

This luxury hotel is the best in Dubai 5* I stayed for 1 week with my family and the housekeeping service is amazing.we are very thankful we felt comfy during our stayed in a week.thanks to the small lady with a short hair who assisted us always asking for the needs of my family.they make a great job happy to go back again and again.my kids realy loves to stayed.kudos to everyone even though the hotel is old but the services is branded new.we had a nice view in our room in 5th of the hotel.

Arrived late last night and immediately disappointed.
The man at reception quite brazenly lied to us saying that our room had been 'upgraded for free from the Ocean View that we had booked to a Palm View room.
We were taken to room 219 where the view was of a building site on one side and the back of some other building on the other side.
Needless to say we complained and got moved to another room 502 - where the view is better but still not the Ocean View I booked!
Still waiting for the manager to apologise for the nonsense that we had to endure after a late flight with 3 very tired kids..

Took too long to check in. Room smells funny. TV didn’t work when we came. Remotes don’t lower the volume we had to adjust it manually. There was no hair blow drier in the room and it was annoying we had to keep requesting things that were suppose to be done. Upgrade through the internet apparently didn’t go through and we had to pay a higher price than the internet. Very annoying.
Next room had music blasting all night until 5am and the hotel staff couldn’t do much about it. It was horrible. And then they refused to give us a late check out which was annoying. Worn out after a stay at Kempinski.

This is great place. We like it to much. The pool and beach very good. The food is very nice in all restaurants. But of course everything is expensive. But for small items like water, juice or chocolate and ice cream there is one building next to Kempinski name Grandeur Residence. On the ground floor there is small minimart they sell grocery items. Have a nice day.
PS' They have also fresh fruits and vegetables. We like the place to much

Place is nice, but considering the Kempinski brand, I think it's below the expectations..
Long check in process, that's first,,, and normal quality finishing from my point of view..
Even the staff were nice welcoming people But the AC was hot.. I think it's to be more environment friendly..
The tiles in the rooms was artificial granite, while my expectations was to find marble everywhere.

The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful and has a good view, but the service is poor as they only have one restaurant, which is not clean at all (I found a fly in my beverage). They don't have much facilities and activities that you can enjoy during your stay, except for the swimming pool and beach. In general the hotel is good for big families.
