I don't even know where to start, from security to the place all perfect. I felt safe jogging in the morning, felt safe in that huge house and our house keeper sis Thembi keep up the good work cc we will definitely return

Great place, looks just like the pictures .

The cleaning lady was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean and bed comfortable.
Almost everything worked, tv remote in main bedroom didn't work for some reason, will inform owner of that, just remembered it while working this :) .

The security in the estate was helpful and friendly, although during my stay they had issues with the gate system which was a little annoying when trying to get in and out the estate.

The owner was very helpful and friendly.

To sum it all up, will go again without blinking.

This is a must stay.

We had a wonderful family cebration at Zimbali Holiday Home over the weekend. Registration and key collection was a smooth process. The property was suitable for our needs - Large family, all air conditioned ensuite bedrooms. The open plan lounge, kitchen with a big fridge and dining room was very spacious and our family was comfortable at all times. We had easy visitor access via a very responsive owner, who also arranged a cleaning service on Sunday and refunded the deposit within 2 days of checkout. I will most certainly stay here again.

The house is nice and spacious for a big family like ours. Didn't get in each other's way. The lady assisting was friendly and came every morning to clean up and tidy up for us. There's a pool which gives you access to the beach close by. Use the golf cart provided at the house.
The main bedroom bed was uncomfortable, old and needs to be changed. The other bathroom wasn't working. The couches downstairs are old and outdated, need to be changed. And the blankets too, please change. They are old/ damaged by machine.

Yes the place is beautiful and luxurious But, three events spoiled my stay! So we woke up to no water the other day. I don't know if this was at the specific home only or throughout, but hey there was no water in the house!!

On the day of checkout, there was no electricity!!! Checkout is at 10:00am. The nightmare of bathing with cold water. Had to improvise in making breakfast on the braai facility.

Then the worst, some inspector lady came in to accuse us of braking the Golf cart garage door!! This garage door was only being on a daily basis since we have been there, by the maintenance guy and cleaning lady team😤😤😠😠😠😠😠😠

It was a pleasure staying at this place. The house is beautiful and the maid was very helpful. We were a group of 10 ladies plus one infant for our Single Ladies Retreat; it was so nice. Enjoyed every moment. Our only challenge was the monkeys, they did not want us to have our breakfast outside lol but a pleasure to watch them climbing the trees.

Great view and services. Very peaceful, however it seems a little boring as a resort. It's geared more towards older folk with golf and pools as the main attractions. There's loads of wildlife everywhere (including snakes, watch out lol). The rules are also very strict with heavy fines.

The house was modern, cozy, had good entertainment area, splash pool, close vicinity to the beach and Valley of Pools. Rooms were spacious and ensuite was modern and spacious. Maid services available and ample parking provided.
